NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report) - Controversial CNN host Lou Dobbs bade the people of Earth farewell today as he embarked on a long voyage back to his planet of origin.

Standing on a launching pad with his rocket ship at the ready, Mr. Dobbs addressed a crowd of dozens who came to wish him a safe trip and godspeed.

WASHINGTON — Top executives at Blackwater Worldwide authorized secret payments of about $1 million to Iraqi officials that were intended to silence their criticism and buy their support after a September 2007 episode in which Blackwater security guards fatally shot 17 Iraqi civilians in Baghdad, according to former company officials.

Since 2001, Blackwater has undergone explosive growth, not only from security contracts in Iraq and Afghanistan, but also from classified work for the Central Intelligence Agency that included taking part in a now defunct program to assassinate leaders of Al Qaeda and to load missiles on Predator drones.

promised that with my new schedule that I would do a few more things to help show that it is possible to make a living working from home, so here we go. With my current schedule I will be working a full time job and have 2-3 days off per week. I work a rotation shift from days to nights, so the time I can work will vary. I believe that if I can set goals and only work 2-3 days a week, then someone who can devote a lot more time can be very successful.

Here are my goals:

1) I would like to eventually make $100 per week

2) I will work only non-phone jobs since the majority of WAHM's are unable to work phone jobs.

3) I will post a blog on Mondays to show where I worked, how long I worked, and how much I made for the previous week.
