London, 27th August 2008 – i-Rights part of the Digital Rights Group (DRG) and Canadian production company The Nightingale Company have signed a two year deal that will see i-Rights distribute a new 48 part online series and Alternate Reality Game, Do You Believe Me?, aimed at teens, worldwide.

Do You Believe Me (48 x 2’) is an online video series and alternate reality game that will take its users into the real world along with series characters. Viewers will follow the story of a young girl, Maya, 17, who through recurring nightmares becomes convinced that she and her family are in grave danger. Through daily clues in her life she is prompted to seek help online. Users who sign up to Do You Believe Me? are able to watch the videos and engage in a game that takes them and the series characters into the real world to help find answers via email, mobile, SMS and blogs. Alternate reality websites all add unparalleled depth to the story.

Hells Angels to the Bitter End

Check out this YouTube video of a Hells Angels funeral in Daly City, California. What a thunderous sendoff!

Mark “Papa” Guardado, president of the Hells Angels' San Francisco chapter, was murdered in a bar called the Dirty Thieves. The assassin was apparently a member of the Mongols Motorcycle Club. Can you think of a better way for an Angel to die? (By the way, if you make your living designing websites, check out the sites of both motorcycle clubs. Each site, in its own way, is brilliantly conceived and executed.)

I found this picture of the Dirty Thieves bar on Flickr.

Joining the Angels in the funeral procession were members of the She Devils Motorcycle Club. I recommend taking a look at the pictures on their site.

An amazing flock of Scientist from around the world are engaged in a new and potentially terrifying form of Satellite archeology. Many of these Satellite sleuths are equipped with PHD's and even worse Masters degrees. Nonetheless they soldier on looking for relics of ancient civilizations not on the Earth but on the Moon and now MARS. In all fairness the photos and storylines proffered by these dedicated surveyors can be riveting. Hours are spent looking at film footage and photos taken by a fleet of NASA space probes, landers and manned missions. High quality images are downloaded from NASA websites and reviewed by sharp eyed believers who are constantly battling with a troop of NASA airbrush artists bent on removing any and all evidence. What are they looking for exactly? Solid photographic evidence of ancient ruins on the Moon and Mars.
