Shock and Spectral Combo

Info: This combo focuses on defence, using shock to stun your opponent and prevent them from attacking, while using Fortitude and the Spectral skills for backup against physical and magic attacks. I would spend more points in Shock, in this case, because Shock Weapons and Shockwave can prevent both magical and physical attacks. Also, too much spectral can prove to be not very good (explained above a lot of times). Spectral should be used as the backup instead. I would start from 1-1-1-1 shock, and 1-1-1-0 spectral, completing spectral first, then alternating between spending points in the skills of each tree. This way, you will have balanced defence. I would also spend 9 points on each of the shock skills, and 5 points on each of the spectral skills.

Skill Distribution:9-9-9-9 shock and 5-5-5-5 spectral, again I wonder what that equals... :D

Wand: Choose the Life Wands because they can help you heal in case you get damaged, even with the high defence.

Section 60 of the Public Order Act will allow police to search anyone even without reasonable suspicion.

Assistant Commissioner Tim Godwin said the crackdown will involve ten teams of 15 officers roaming London with detection wands and mobile knife arches. Schools, pubs, stations, and around anywhere they believe youths are carrying weapons will be targeted.

It was not specific as to how this was going to happen. Some people see scientists as Magicians with magic wands, when they are blind men with sticks. The UN climate change panel has drastically underestimated the need to invest in the innovation of new energy efficient technologies that are required to stabilise greenhouse emissions, say US researchers.

Energy efficiency has declined in fast-developing countries like China say researchers and nothing less than a technology revolution is required to keep greenhouse emissions under control

The researchers say Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) predictions on global warming issued last year assume that energy efficiency technology will automatically improve over time.

But they say this automatic technology improvement has not occurred in recent years.

"There are more than 2 billion people worldwide with no access to electricity,

And as they demand, rightly, access to energy, their carbon emissions have nowhere to go but up."

Pielke says the IPPC's assumption about technology is like assuming that any one individual will automatically get a raise in pay every year.

Think of the top officials of the Bush administration as magicians when it comes to Iraq. Their top hats and tails may be worn and their act fraying, but it doesn’t seem to matter. Their latest “abracadabra,” the President’s “surge strategy” of 2007, has still worked like a charm. They waved their magic wands, paid off and armed a bunch of former Sunni insurgents and al-Qaeda terrorists (about 80,000 “concerned citizens,” as the President likes to call them), and magically lowered “violence” in Iraq. Even more miraculously, they made a country that they had already turned into a cesspool and a slagheap — its capital now has a “lake” of sewage so large that it can be viewed “as a big black spot on Google Earth” — almost entirely disappear from view in the U.S.

Of course, what they needed to be effective was that classic adjunct to any magician’s act, the perfect assistant. This has been a role long held, and still played with mysterious willingness, by the mainstream media.
