Amazon.com just launched their own Denim Shop today. From what I can tell, it looks like a real winning combination of many elements.

First, they are carrying a great selection of denim. Brands range from premium denim such as Rock & Republic, William Rast, and 7 For All Mankind, to American staples like Levis, Carhartt, Lee, and Wrangler. It’s pretty much a one stop shop for anything you need in denim. (For a complete list of brands see the list of tags at the bottom of this post.)

Second, and this is my favorite feature of Amazon’s Denim Shop, you have the ability to search for the exact price range, color, brand, discount, and whether the style of jeans is a new arrival, all right there on the first page of the shop. It’s absolutely fantastic. For instance, let’s say you want a pair of women’s jeans that are on sale for 25% off or more and you want a style that arrived in the last month. You can do that.

A terrace house done in a Heritage Art Deco style, with light open plan living and a nice balance betweeen nature and contemporary living. Fresh. To me, the best part about this house is that it’s a renovation. We’ve got no “before” pics here, but I doubt it compared at all to this magnificent living space. After that it’s gotta be the gigantic light space dividing the two sections of the house, wrapped in aluminum wall cladding absolutely pouring light into the entire abode. Just lovely.

It’s what’s called a “light well” – just fab, right? In this outdoor area is the out door pool and frangipani garden. And maybe you could throw a nice set of seats in there and have a little lemonade?

The TV and music appliances are all hidden. Try and find them. They’re in recesses in the wall revealed by the touch of a button or by the flip of the hand: they’re all behind the giant murals.

hi there,

i have made an example on how to show and hide a layer(div) without the use of javascript.

in my example there is 2 layers, 1 is visable and 1 is hidden

if the hidden layer is asked for, then the first layer is hidden from view.
