That's the US taxpayer dollars being sucked into the voracious black hole of the Military Industrial Complex. This secret budget is ON TOP of the announced 600+ billion dollars already allocated. That is a hell of a lot of money!

Bombs or food? Not my choice to make, but are more bombs really what America needs? Connor Kincaid and his cousin and roommate, Blake Kincaid, said they were barred from registering for spring classes after refusing Wednesday to take down their signs supporting Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.

"Effective immediately, I am suspending the prohibition on signs in individual students' residence hall room windows and any sanctions related to its enforcement," UT President Bill Powers said in a written statement.

Powers said he had formed a committee to study the policy and make recommendations. In the meantime, he said, school policy now "expressly allows the display of signs and posters in students' residence hall room windows."

The crackdown sparked an outcry among students, and university Democrats and Republicans worked together to fight rules they said were unconstitutional. They had encouraged students across campus to put signs in their dorm windows as a form of protest.

"It's never been an issue," he said. Environmentalists and wildlife advocates argued that restrictions on the Navy's use of sonar imposed by lower-court judges should be upheld -- at least until the Navy conducts its required environmental impact statement -- citing sonar's track record of seriously messing with whales and other marine mammals.
Predictably, the Navy argues that halting or restricting sonar training exercises in any way harms national security. If the judges' comments are any indication, the court is likely to rule in the Navy's favor this spring. Justice Samuel Alito wondered aloud how a lone judge could ever restrict anything the Navy does, Justice Antonin Scalia characterized the required-but-still-not-done environmental impact statement as "procedural,"

<div style="margin-bottom: These types of trips are promotion and incentive based unlike summer travel. This means good news for the college student since they can save alot of money by booking early. Booking early for spring break typically refers to six months prior. Only New Years has a larger pre-book window. You will notice that some agencies offer free summer trips and other incentives to those students that book prior to a certain date for spring break. Do not wait until the law of supply and demand kicks in. If you do, you will probably only receive the package you booked, and not all the perks and additional trips given to those that booked early.

Another way to secure a cheap spring break trip is to book in large numbers. Thus the initiation of what might best be described as Bush Wars -- a variation of a theme of Oil Wars.

An extremely credible and interesting article in this regard is by a member of the British Parliament, entitled The War on Terrorism is Bogus. This article has the advantage of basing its argument on what has been learned over the last two years -- but almost never publicized in the mainstream Media. In essence, it explains that the evidence is extremely convincing that the high level neo-conservatives in the US government were aware of the impending strike and took great pains to ensure that it was successfully accomplished. The latter includes making sure every member of the government was immediately unavailable to deal with the crisis as it unfolded o

Clip Source: www.halexandria.org

LIHOP

The basic idea is that LIHOP stands for "Let It Happen On Purpose". In essence, we're dealing here with a theory that suggests the United States federal government -- and very importantly, high level members of the Bush Administration in particular -- were sufficiently forewarned about the 9-11-2001 attacks that these attacks could have been prevented. Furthermore these forewarnings were intentionally ignored, and allowed to happen, in order to have an attack on the order of Pearl Harbor. According to the theory, such an attack could be used to carry out a neo-conservative, covert agenda of invading various countries in the Middle East. By occupying and controlling several countries in the Middle East -- Afghanistan and Iraq spring to mind -- the United States and Britain would then have access and control over the oil fields in these countries.

<clipSource>http://www.halexandria.org/dward255.htm</clipSource>
