clipper's remarks: though i used the same headline as the article, i do not agree to it. Evolution is not equal to religion and they are merely two different perspectives of the same reality. Each one portrays a different worldview, a different world, a different view. the direction in religion is one of preservation, maintaining the existing order as it , whilst in evolution the dynamics are in constant motion of exploring new orders which by nature are transitory.

The British Council has asked, with the help of Ipsos MORI, over ten thousand adults across ten countries from China to the USA, just what they think of evolution.

The results show that the majority of adults surveyed have heard of
Charles Darwin and know at least a little about his theory of
evolution. But they also show that there are significant minorities of people who either want nothing to do with evolution - and think it should either not be taught in schools or alongside creationism.

clipper's remarks: This was the headline in April 2008. At that time it was emphasized that Jon Sutton`s skills were particularly useful in dealing with Spanish Estates of UK Nationals and the conflicts of law of estates across the two jurisdictions of Spain and the UK..
Today it is being suggested that Mr. Sutton, partner of De Cotta McKenna & Santafé, might have been a little "too skilled" when he ordered an English Court Order translated into Spanish. The translation altered the original Court Order 180 degrees in his favour - and Jon sutton acted upon this mistranslation 6 full days before it was even translated!

Diego de Almagro (Almagro, Spain, c. 1475 – Cuzco, Peru, July 8, 1538), also known as El Adelantado and El Viejo (The Elder), was a Spanish conquistador and a companion and later rival of Francisco Pizarro. He participated in the Spanish conquest of Peru and is credited as the first European discoverer of Chile.

Almagro lost his left eye battling with coastal natives in the New World. In 1525 he joined the Pizarro brothers and Hernándo de Luque at Panama for the conquest of Peru.

When schoolchildren break up for their summer holidays at the end of July, India Jago, aged 12, and her brother Peter, 11, will be taking a vacation with a twist.

While their friends jet off to Spain or the Greek islands, the siblings will be hunting for imaginary unicorns in Somerset, southwestern England, while learning about moral philosophy.

The Jagos, from Basingstoke, Hampshire, are among 24 children who will be taking part in Britain's first summer camp for atheists.

The five-day retreat is being subsidized by Richard Dawkins, the evolutionary biologist and author of "The God Delusion," and is intended to provide an alternative to faith-based summer camps normally run by the Scouts and Christian groups.

Crispian Jago, an IT consultant, is hoping the experience will enrich his two children.

"I'm very keen on not indoctrinating them with religion or creeds," he said earlier this month. "I would rather equip them with the tools to learn how to think, not what to think."

clipper's remarks: The blogger has proof that one of DeCotta, McKenna & Santafè`s partners, Jon Sutton, has used fraud in order to bring Mr. Kirwan`s property in Spain on public auction.

Jon Sutton had an English Court Order translated and brought to Spain. The translation altered the Court Order 180 degrees giving Mr. Kirwan`s ex. wife (and her lawyers) the right to conduct the sale of the Spanish property – when in fact Mr. Kirwan was given that right by the English court.

DeCotta, McKenna & Santafè - Translation Mistake or Fraud?

Edward Kirwan is “battling windmills” using all the social media sites as his tools. And guess what; his blog “Injustice in Europe” is just about to push one of the biggest European cross-border-law-companies way over the pain limit.

Mr. Kirwan, who has had to live with the threat of loosing his home and all that he has worked for in a lifetime for now 5 years, is entitled to a little boost – and he is sure getting it now! When asked if he can come up with an explanation for why DeCotta, McKenna & Santafè do not find it necessary to have a hearing, he seems to find the question hilarious;

I think, he says with a twinkle in his eyes, that John Sutton finds it extremely difficult to tell the judge that he is clairvoyant, and I can’t

think of any other way he will be able to explain to the judge in Hastings how he knew, in advance, which words of the original English Court Order would be mistranslated in his favour.

Things did not start well for the USA soccer team at this year’s Confederations Cup, with the boys in the US soccer uniforms dropping the first two games of the competition and looking as though they may be down and out. The team really showed up to play against Egypt at the weekend though and with a little bit of help from Brazil find themselves in the semi finals against Spain on Wednesday.

Professional cyclists should consider freezing their sperm before embarking on their careers, say researchers.

They found sperm quality drops dramatically with rigorous training.

The Spanish study of top triathletes found those who cover more than 186 miles (300km) a week on their bikes have less than 4% normal looking sperm.

At such levels, men would have "significant fertility problems", the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology heard.

Men training for triathlons are spending much more time in the saddle than the average social cycler or someone who might cycle to and from work

However, a UK expert said the average man cycling to work would be unlikely to suffer fertility problems because of their time in the saddle.

Study leader Professor Diana Vaamonde, from University of Cordoba Medical School in Spain said other studies had shown very high levels of exercise affected fertility in both men and women.

Great Train Robber Ronnie Biggs has been taken to hospital with a suspected broken

The 79-year-old is being treated for the infection in Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in Norwich and will be seen by an orthopaedic surgeon later.

Biggs, from Lambeth, south London, is being held on the hospital wing of Norwich prison. He is eligible for release on July 3.

Justice Secretary Jack Straw is expected to make a decision on the case within days.

Biggs was a member of a 15-strong gang which attacked the Glasgow to London mail train at Ledburn, Buckinghamshire, in August 1963, before making off with £2.6 million.

He was given a 30-year sentence, but he escaped from Wandsworth prison in south west London in a furniture van after spending 15 months in jail.

He was on the run for more than 30 years, living in Spain, Australia and Brazil, before returning to the UK voluntarily in 2001.
