If it should occur, the Federal Government would be confronted with a national crisis

and a dramatic impact on the functioning of communities due to school closure, workplace absenteeism, and fear-driven changes in people’s behavior.

The Federal Government may be unable to respond to the number and scope of requests for Federal assistance from state and local authorities, whether for support of the healthcare infrastructure or the preservation of law and order.

Federal, state, and local authorities may take unilateral action such as border closure, seizure of essential commodities, or curtailment of individual freedoms, out of fear or as a result of public pressure.

The Federal Government has spent a great deal of time developing systems for such coordination; the National Response Framework and associated documents are the result of that work.

Genius: Mortgage Program Will Spend $3,000,000 per Loan Repair

clipper's remarks: Three million mortgages are believed to be eligible for HAMP with 500,000 in a trial phase. The trial was supposed to last three months, but it has since been stretched to five months.

The Doctor believes that many of these "repaired" loans will simply re-default. Why?

For one reason, the underwriting (courtesy of TurboTax Tim) for the program uses "stated income", not verified income.

These are the very same "liar's loans" that helped trigger the mortgage meltdown!

Examining the chart, of the 50,130 trial modifications entered into in May, only 1,711 (or only 3%) resulted in a permanent modification!

As The Huffington Post reported a few days ago, the low number of permanent modifications is still appallingly low ("HAMP will come nowhere close to keeping up with foreclosures").

Among the reasons for the low conversion rate: failure to make timely payments (doh!), failure to assemble necessary documentation (like income verification), and other . . .

In his speech before Congress in September, President Obama claimed that 30 million Americans "cannot" get health insurance.

Yet the CBO analysis of the $829 billion Baucus Health Reform Bill revealed that it will leave 25 million Americans without health insurance.

So for $829 billion, using numbers from the President and the CBO, we can insure 5 million additional people. That comes to $165,800 per uninsured person.

Gee, isn't centralized, authoritarian government grand?

another government program gone awry. Taxpayers are on the hook for $75 billion to fund the "Home Affordable Modification Program" (or HAMP)

But a careful analysis of HAMP's effects by Dr. Housing Bubble demonstrate another government attempt at social engineering that will end with tragic (and catastrophic) results

In other words, the same insane mortgage programs ("pick-a-pay" option ARMs) that got us into this mess in the first place are being hawked by the government!

To an outsider, the Fernald school in Waltham Massachusetts looked like any other educational institution. During the school’s hay day in the 1920’s and 30’s, few passers-by would have guessed the dark secret lurking behind the brick walls – a secret penetrating to the heart of American liberalism.

Throughout the early 1900s, hundreds of thousands of low-intelligence (though not necessarily retarded) children were warehoused at Fernald in unspeakable conditions.

In his book The State Boys Rebellion, Michael D'Antonio shows that one of the purposes behind the Fernald school was to prevent these “idiots” from reproducing and diluting the gene pool.

Margaret Sanger, icon of the American left and founder of Planned Parenthood, put it even more succinctly: “The undeniably feeble-minded should, indeed, not only be discouraged but prevented from propagating their kind.”

University students continue to face a bizarre government campaign to make them homosexuals, part of the Illuminati banker attack on marriage, family and the birthrate.

At the University of Winnipeg, co-eds were invited to participate in a lesbian "Reorientation Week."

They were asked to become "rangers" with the "Lesbian National Parks and Services," the brainchild of local "performing artists" Shauna Dempsey and Lorri Millan. (See Poster)

"Lesbian Rangers salute and welcome you!" their brochure said. "Here you will encounter new, even life-changing lifestyles and ideas. These may challenge you in uncomfortable ways."

The university art gallery, the Manitoba Arts Council and the Canada Council, sponsored this tasteless attack on heterosexuality to the tune of about $10,000.

Their message: "Homosexuality is natural. Question the heterosexual model. Heterosexuality is a social invention.

This is social engineering masquerading as art

Robot Cats Perfect For Older Britons

Robot cats and other man-made companions could help Britain's elderly, according to a report by the Royal Academy of Engineering.

As well as robotic pets, autonomous systems could be morphed into robot babysitters, artificial therapists and social or even sexual companions, the report said. With Britain's elderly population set to grow around 50 percent by 2020, robotic companions could also help monitor the health of Britain's increasingly grey population.

"It is not a complete replacement for your kid calling you once a week. What you want is continuous attention and that is very difficult," said Stewart.

Maybe older Brits could start with the Dream Cat Venus, an autonomous robotic feline that will be available for about $110 in Japan.

A robotic pet could help raise the alarm in the case of an accident, monitor fridge contents to make sure the elderly do not go hungry while voice prompts could remind them to switch off the heating.

A detailed, functional artificial human brain can be built within the next 10 years, a leading scientist has claimed.

Henry Markram, director of the Blue Brain Project, has already simulated elements of a rat brain. He told the TED Global conference in Oxford that a synthetic human brain would be of particular use finding treatments for mental illnesses.

The Blue Brain project was launched in 2005 and aims to reverse engineer the mammalian brain from laboratory data. In particular, his team has focused on the neocortical column – repetitive units of the mammalian brain known as the neocortex.

“It’s a new brain,” he explained. “The mammals needed it because they had to cope with parenthood, social interactions complex cognitive functions.

“It was so successful an evolution from mouse to man it expanded about a thousand fold in terms of the numbers of units to produce this almost frightening organ.”

And that evolution continues, he said. “It is evolving at an enormous speed.”

I'm just 30 years old, but I have never seen so much propaganda and social engineering regarding all of this in my short life. What has changed? Climate? Terror? Technology? There must be some ulterior motive or agenda being spear-headed here. It could simply be that this is the only industry left in America. Pitching fear and a remedy. The bigger the fear, the more costly the remedy.
