War Hero?

John McCain is running as a war hero.

There are just a few problems with that.

He's despised by fellow Vets, especially fellow POWs, not only for cooperating with the enemy, but also for blocking every effort to make sure all American POWs were returned after the war.

Interestingly enough, the other veteran who obstructed truth on the matter was John Kerry, the fake candidate and Skull and Bones member who ran against Bush in 2004 and stepped aside in spite of massive and obvious electoral fraud in Ohio.

Sometimes it does not have to make sense if it just has some connections - George Bush joins the Trilateral Commission (a brainchild of fellow Bonesman, David Rockerfeller ) in 1991. On SEPTEMBER 11, 1991, he makes his infamous New World Order speech... which espouses both the Trilateral Commission Globalization Policy and the Skull & Bones Society's tradition of members all being from rich families and seek to control economics as well as Political Policy and keeping power in the hands of a select few that follow their plans or are architects of it, of a "New World Order;" a world where the few who maintain power make policy for years to come and ONLY they do. NOW, 10 years to the day later, George W. Bush reads a book to school children as the hijacked passenger jets take down the WTC, tear into the Pentagon, and crash in a field due to brave passengers fighting back.

June 27, 2008 -- Medieval bones from six different Danish cemeteries reveal that monks who wrote Biblical texts and other religious materials may have been exposed to toxic mercury, which was used to formulate just one of their ink colors: red.

The study, which will be published in the August issue of the Journal of Archaeological Science, also describes a previously undocumented disease, called FOS, which was like leprosy and caused skull lesions. Additionally, the researchers found that mercury-containing medicine had been administered to 79 percent of the interred individuals with leprosy and 35 percent with syphilis.

Since the monks, who were buried in the cloister walk of the Cistercian Abbey at Øm, did not have these diseases but contained mercury in their bones, scientists believe the monks were either contaminated while preparing and administering medicines, or while writing the artistic letters of incunabula, or pre-1500 A.D. books.

Mark Dice may be a crackpot, but Michael Reagan's threats cannot stand

I was about to head to bed last night when I read a shocking story in which Michael Reagan called for the murder of an anti-war activist.

The object of Reagan's anger? Mark Dice, a fundie Christian conspiracy theorist. In looking more into this Dice fellow, I find myself concluding that while he may be a loathsome character, we nonetheless need to defend him against Reagan's criminal threats against him.

According to Dice's article on Wikipedia, calling him a crackpot would be being rather kind to him.

Dice founded an organization, variously called The Resistance, The Christian Resistance or The Resistance for Christ, which professes conspiratorial beliefs about the illuminati, freemasons, Skull and Bones, Bohemian Grove, the 9/11 attacks and satanism, and which has been reported to "flood the airwaves of call-in radio and television shows" to promote them.

Gerobatrachus has a mixture of frog and salamander features, with fused ankle bones as seen only in salamanders, a wide, frog-like skull, and a backbone that resembles a mix of the two

The fossil suggests that modern amphibians may have come from two groups, with frogs and salamanders related to an ancient amphibian known as a temnospondyl, and worm-like caecilians more closely related to the lepospondyls, another group of ancient amphibians
