Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder: "Not tonight! Every night"
Hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) is defined as a persistent lack of desire or absence of sexual fantasies, mood and sex stimulation.

2. Sexual Arousal Disorder: "Nothing Play Turn-On"
When your body ignores listening to your mind which says "YES" to sex, it's called sexual arousal disorder (SAD). Medically speaking, SAD is defined as the persistent or recurring inability to maintain adequate genital lubrication, swelling or other responses. Vaginal lubrication is dependent on the swelling of blood vessels in the genital region, so any impediment to blood flow could potentially cause SAD.

3. Female Orgasmic Disorder: "Lack of / No Orgasm"
A persistent delay in, or complete absence of, orgasm that causes the woman marked distress is called "female orgasmic disorder" (FOD).

4. One or 2 glasses of red wine a day can help keep your body young.

2. Eat Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate is a wonderful food that contains a large amount of antioxidants that protect your body from aging. Find good quality dark chocolate, learn to appreciate it, and have a bit of it each day. Eating chocolate may lower your blood pressure and cholesterol while providing an energy boost.

3. Smile
Smiling is a great way to change your attitude, connect with people and give benefit to your body. Like relaxation, smiling can work to counteract the effects of stress. By forcing ourselves to smile, we "trick" our body into believing that everything is good, thereby reducing stress. Like a switch, smiling can actually change your mood. So put a smile on, even if you don't feel like it, and pretty soon you'll be smiling for real.

Tags: longevity healthy aging live longer sex chocolate

<clipSource>http://longevity.about.com/od/longevity101/tp/fun_ways.htm</clipSource>

Andropause

clipped by: topsexualhealth
clipper's remarks: As you enter your thirties, most men begin to experience signs of andropause. Like Menopause in women, Andropause begins to alter your body’s production of hormones, most noticeably Testosterone. These changes happen over time and gradually affect physical performance, fatigue and energy levels, moods, sex drive, and even thinning hair. Provacyl™ works by helping your body increase hormone production and balancing the testosterone to estrogen ratios, as well as helping the body convert testosterone to DHT.

Clip Source: topsexualhealth.blogspot.com

If you haven't heard of andropause, it isn't new. It has been in medical literature since the forties. The ability to diagnose andropause however, is relatively new. Sensitive tests for available testosterone are now an option. The links between bio-available testosterone and the signs of aging are more evident than ever. Starting in our thirties, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin or SBHG increases. SBHG traps much of the testosterone that is still circulating and makes it unavailable to affect the body. So not only is production down, but absorption is up.

Tags: andropause, production of testosterone, increase hormone production, maintain erection, improve sexual function, androgen, male sex hormone

<clipSource>http://topsexualhealth.blogspot.com/search/label/Andropause</clipSource>

Acupuncture Reduces Side Effects of Breast Cancer Treatment

clipped by: SenorCoconut

Clip Source: www.ahealthblog.com

Acupuncture is as effective and longer-lasting in managing the common debilitating side effects of hot flashes, night sweats, and excessive sweating (vasomotor symptoms) associated with breast cancer treatment and has no treatment side effects compared to conventional drug therapy, according to a first-of-its-kind study presented September 24, 2008, at the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology’s 50th Annual Meeting in Boston.

Findings also show there were additional benefits to acupuncture treatment for breast cancer patients, such as an increased sense of well being, more energy, and in some cases, a higher sex drive, that were not experienced in those patients who underwent drug treatment for their hot flashes.

The reduction in hot flashes lasted longer for those breast cancer patients after completing their acupuncture treatment, compared to patients after stopping their drug therapy plan.

Tags: acupuncture, breast cancer treatment

<clipSource>http://www.ahealthblog.com/acupuncture-reduces-side-effects-of-breast-cancer/</clipSource>

Jon Stewart rips McCain, GOP duplicity on off-shore drilling

clipped by: ratilfar
clipper's remarks: In the end the only ones getting drilled here are the taxpayers. "That's just because we're back [in session] now" after Congress' five-week summer break.

"The oil and gas industry already benefits from taxpayer-funded subsidies, so the question is: how much has the scandal cost us in lost revenue?"

The scandal is a setback for the Bush administration and Capitol Hill Republicans, who for months have been pushing to increase domestic oil drilling in response to skyrocketing gasoline prices at the pump.

Republicans denied the scandal would deflate their party's push to increase drilling, saying that the alleged abuses, though serious, are isolated cases and shouldn't derail the nation's quest for more domestically produced oil.

Clip Source: washingtontimes.com

"It's really important for us to put the bright light on this whole (oil) leasing process," Mrs. Pelosi said. She added that Democrats will work to end "the cozy relationship between the administrators at the Department of Interior who dealt with leases and the oil companies."

Mrs. Pelosi's comments came in response to an inspector general's report released Wednesday that described a "culture of substance abuse and promiscuity" at the department's Minerals Management Service's royalty collection office in Denver, where workers are accused of partying, having sex and using drugs with oil company representatives

The investigation showed that between 2002 and 2006, 19 oil marketers - almost a third of the Denver office - received gifts and gratuities from oil and gas companies including Chevron Corp., Shell, Hess Corp. and Denver-based Gary-Williams Energy Corp.

McCain at a governor's conference in Washington, they discussed energy but parted company on the issue of drilling in ANWR, which he has opposed.
And in regard to her position on a social issue:

she supports abstinence-until-marriage programs, where teens are taught to refrain from sex until marriage and contraception is discussed only to explain its failings.
....."Christian conservatives" should see she did not do a very good job in her own family on that issue (i.e. Bristol's pregnancy and open under-age drinking), instead of giving her blind praise.

Clip Source: online.wsj.com

Focus Turns to Palin Record

In the five days since Sen. She forced through property-tax cuts, but also raised taxes on oil companies. What is GenePool?

It's a computer simulation where hundreds of virtual organisms evolve swimming skills.
These organisms are
called "swimbots".
You can set mate preference criteria and thus influence what the swimbots consider as
attractive qualities in potential mates. The most attractive swimbots get chosen most
often to have little babies, and so their genetic building blocks propogate to future generations. Eventually, swimbots get better at
pursuing each other, competing for food, and becoming babes to other swimbots.
Local gene pools emerge which compete for sex and food (for energy to have more sex).
Eventually a dominant sub-population takes over.
