A Maranaw royalty, Concepcion was born in Marawi City, in the Island of Mindanao, Philippines. At 17, he left for the U.S. and studied at the San Francisco State University where he majored in Painting and Theater Design.

After graduation he joined the Warwick Theaters in New England as Set Designer. Concepcion later moved to Montreal, Canada to further his studies at the Ecole des Beaux Arts while at the same time serving as Art Director for Morgan’s Department Store and designing sets for Trinity Theater.
Fascinated by ancient history, Tomas travelled to Europe to tour museums. He was eventually lured to Italy where he attended l'Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome. He has remained in Italy ever since a

We need to recognize that there isn't a single solution, such as creating small schools or charter schools. We need to rely on good data and good judgment about what works. And we need to have the patience to support sustained efforts.

We know that early childhood education sets the stage for school success, especially for children living in poverty.

We must invest in good practice.

Much is a stake regarding the decisions we make for all our children, and it is nothing less than our democratic way of life. If we decide that we want to invest in education, the results for the country will be great: global competitiveness, scientific discoveries and productive citizens.

We, the people, must acknowledge our responsibility in driving the issues of this election cycle. And then needed presidential leadership will follow.

Appears to be one of the largest yard management project s using RFID to date. Interesting that RFID is only one part of the solution - putting GPS, RFID and handset apps on one platform is pretty novel. GS-1 had a pilot but it took 5 companies with different sets of software to achieve end to end supply chain.

On Sunday, a U.S. Navy warship carrying humanitarian aid for Georgia anchored in the southern Georgian port of Batumi. It was the first of five American ships scheduled to arrive this week with supplies.

The McFaul is loaded with 72 pallets of humanitarian aid, and is also outfitted with an array of weaponry, including Tomahawk cruise missiles. U.S. Air Force flights that have brought in more than 1 million pounds of humanitarian relief.

“There are very specific requirements for Russian withdrawal. Putting up permanent facilities and checkpoints are inconsistent with the agreement. We are in contact with the various parties to obtain clarification,” White House spokesman Gordon Johndroe said.

POTI, Georgia - Thousands of Georgians demanded that Russian troops leave the outskirts of this strategic Black Sea port on Saturday and took to the streets in protest, while a top Russian general said his country’s forces would keep patrolling the area.

The comments by deputy head of the general staff Col.-Gen. Anatoly Nogovitsyn, reported by Russian news agencies, showed that despite protests from the United States, France and Britain, Russia was confident enough to occupy whatever part of Georgia it deemed necessary.

“Russian military: You are not a liberating military, you are an occupying force!” one man shouted at the Poti protest. Banners read “Say No to War” and “Russia go home.”
