Documentaries come into being in lots of ways, but not many have begun with a phone call of condolence made to a graveyard.

Such was the catalyst for “Section 60,” a somber film on HBO Monday night about the impromptu community that has evolved in the part of Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia where the war dead from Iraq and Afghanistan are being buried.

This is not the antiseptic postcard Arlington. The film captures loved ones leaving flowers, children’s drawings, photographs; if a graveyard can be alive, this part of Arlington is, in marked contrast to other sections.

Much has been made about the restrictions on photographing the coffins returning home in these wars, but “Section 60” has the full range of images: graves being dug, coffins, funerals, honor guards, weeping relatives.

Intuitive navigation for users

Starting at the homepage, if the user doesn't use the search box on your site or a pulldown menu, can they easily find the desired information (ball handling like a superstar) from the navigation links?

Let's say a user found your site through an external link, but they didn't land on the homepage. Starting from any (sub-/child) page on your site, make sure they can easily find their way to the homepage and/or other relevant sections. In other words, make sure users aren't trapped or stuck. Was the "best dribbling technique" easy for your imaginary user to find? Often breadcrumbs such as "Home > Techniques > Dribbling" help users to understand where they are.

Sitemap submission is also helpful for major search engines, though it shouldn't be a substitute for crawlable link architecture. If your site utilizes newer techniques, such as AJAX, see "Verify that Googlebot finds your internal links" below.

Bailout package unlikely to significantly curb executive pay

High pay and "golden parachutes" for poor-performing executives in finance and other industries still is a big issue, but the bailout bill passed Friday by the U.S. House likely won't rein in overpaid Wall Street moguls.

Compensation consultants who work with companies on pay packages say the bill's sections on executive compensation are so broadly and vaguely written that executives and companies will create dozens of new ways to boost leaders' pay anyway.

"This is tinkering around the margins, without really taking a fundamental look at executive compensation plans," says Howard Sherman, CEO of the Governance Metrics International,

The bill bans golden parachutes for some executives of financial firms involved in the bailout, limits their stock-related pay and allows so-called "clawbacks" — the government can recover pay if executives later are found to have engaged in fraud or questionable actions.

Narrow sections of hair are set on large rollers at the crown and smaller rollers as you work down the head. Once set, each section is raked gently through and styled away the face. The hair is backcombed lightly at the roots for volume while a light mist of hairspray holds the tumbling curls.

Time it took us: 5 minutes

Works on:
· Medium to long hair
· Straight or blown-straight hair

· Smooth hair that's been thoroughly brushed out

Stuff to have on hand
· 2 tiny clear hair elastics
· Hairspray

· Shine-enhancing gloss (spray or serum)

How to:
Step 1
Part hair in the middle or slightly off center, but it's important to have a pretty balanced left and right side.
Step 2
Part hair all the way down to the nape of your neck as if you're making pigtails.
Step 3
Spritz shine spray or run shine serum over the left side of your hair, then secure one elastic about 1-2 inches from the bottom of that section. Repeat on the right side.
Step 4
Take both sections and twist them inward (toward each other) and back.
Step 5
Wrap them around each other until the ponies look like rope. Then tuck the bottom under and secure with several large bobby pins.
Step 6
Spray on a bit of hairspray to smooth down any flyaways.
