Welcome to Piccolo2D! A revolutionary way to create robust, full-featured
graphical applications in Java and C#, with striking visual effects such as
          zooming, animation and multiple representations.

Piccolo2D is a toolkit that supports the development of 2D structured graphics programs,
          in general, and Zoomable
User Interfaces (ZUIs), in particular. A ZUI is a new kind of interface that presents
a huge canvas of information on a traditional computer display by letting the user
smoothly zoom in, to get more detailed information, and zoom out for an overview. We use
a "scene graph" model that is
common to 3D environments. Basically, this means that Piccolo2D maintains a hierarchal
structure of objects and cameras, allowing the application developer to orient, group and
          manipulate objects in meaningful ways.

Graphviz is open source graph visualization software.
It has several main graph layout programs.
See the gallery for some sample layouts.
It also has web and interactive graphical interfaces,
and auxiliary tools, libraries, and language bindings.

Big-government spending programs, tax increases, trade restraints, a government health-care plan, cap-and-trade on climate change — all without any real deficit restraints, which are accorded a low priority.

Incidentally, while the public clamors for drill, drill, drill, Obama wants high-cost, cap-and-trade carbon regulation enforced by the Environmental Protection Agency. Electrical energy is generated by the rotation of hydro-turbines utilizing natural water
currents from either the oceans or rivers. Currently hydropower is the greatest renewable
energy source in the US. Although most hydropower is produced by large utilities using
dams, there are hydro-turbines available for residential applications using small streams
and creeks. Using the oceans tides to generate electricity is another method of hydropower,
termed tidal power, that is becoming more widespread. You may qualify for tax
credits or rebates when purchasing and installing a hydro-turbine or you can look into
purchasing hydroelectric energy from your local utility. Visit the Database of State Incentives

Throughout the year 2000, NPR presented the stories behind 100 of the most important American musical works of the 20th century. These special features cover music from a wide variety of genres -- classical, jazz, rock'n'roll, country, R&B, musical theatre and film scores. NPR 100 stories aired on All Things Considered, Morning Edition, and NPR's weekend news magazine programs.

But automated programs that spammers use to thwart CAPTCHAs still aren't nearly as successful as the practice of hiring thousands of people to do nothing but remotely solve the puzzles for clients.

Tags: spam, spammer, captchas, security, fraud

<clipSource>http://voices.washingtonpost.com/securityfix/2008/08/web_fraud_20_defeating_anti-sp.html</clipSource>

Tenant Cooperative Ownership is the Best

clipped by: rachaelkeriwilliams

Clip Source: www.uhab.org

“The program that performed the best was tenant co-operative ownership.
