Motivation is derived from conceptual, analytical, curious, and exploratory thinking. Research and theoretical logic probably appeal greatly to Melissa's mind.

<clipSource>http://www.assessment.com/MemberCenter/OnlineOutput/RetrieveFCA.asp</clipSource>

Assessment Test-temperment

clipped by: LadyLissa

Clip Source: www.assessment.com

(NOTE: "Evaluation: to appraise carefully; to judge as to worth or amount; to estimate generally.") Most likely, Melissa has a logical mind which "makes sense" of what is perceived regarding the big picture and pieces of the picture within the context of that big picture. It is evaluation or assessment after perception, not the process of perception itself. Emphasis is on patterns, linkage, and relationships. Intuition may be involved in conjunction with this evaluation/assessment process.

<clipSource>http://www.assessment.com/MemberCenter/OnlineOutput/RetrieveFCA.asp</clipSource>

Assessment Test

clipped by: LadyLissa
clipper's remarks: Love it, and the quote.

Clip Source: www.assessment.com

Preferences for Melissa fully support being perceptually, subconsciously, and consciously aware of fantasy, symbols, symbolic relationships, abstract ideas, options, and choice of options as they relate to creative or innovative activities. Perception triggers ideas in Melissa's mind, a process that just happens - a process often called intuition. It is not a conscious effort to logically "come up with" creative ideas; instead, the process is best identified with the statement that "a thought struck me." A quote by Carl Jung probably makes complete sense to Melissa: "Art is innate in the artist, like an instinct that seizes and makes a tool out of the human being. The thing in the final analysis that wills something in him is not he, the personal man, but the aim of the art."

<clipSource>http://www.assessment.com/MemberCenter/OnlineOutput/RetrieveFCA.asp</clipSource>

Sample CD - Stylin basslines - electro & synth edition

clipped by: tokeboar

Clip Source: mi3.com.ua

Nine.Volt.Audio.Stylin.Basslines.DVDR

Nine Volt Audio STYLIN BASSLINES: Electric & Synth Edition, is the first bass collection designed with Stylus RMX users in mind. well-being; it's toxic stuff. People who are frequently exposed to hostile
language get sick more often, are injured more often, take longer to recover from
illness and injury, and suffer more complications during recovery. As an
obvious result, they tend to die sooner than those not so exposed. What's
more, hostile language is just as dangerous to the person dishing it out
(and to innocent bystanders who can't leave the scene) as it is to the

Outside my window, a new day I see
and only I can determine
what kind of day it will be.

It can be busy and sunny, laughing and gay,
or boring and cold, unhappy and grey.
My own state of mind is the determining key,
for I am only the person I let myself be.

I can be thoughtful and do all I can to help,
or be selfish and think just of myself.
I can enjoy what I do and make it seem fun,
or gripe and complain and make it
hard on someone.

I can be patient with those who may
not understand,
or belittle and hurt them as much as I can.
But I have faith in myself,
and believe what I say,
and I personally intend to make
the best of each day.

<clipSource>http://homepages.tesco.net/~derek.berger/today.html</clipSource>

Apx Alarm

clipped by: tagmixxer
clipper's remarks: APX Alarm provides home security solutions to homeowners across the country.

Clip Source: www.caveon.com

Apx Alarm - Home Security System
