To fight the battles, that entrap you in the emotional games of reality, is to be a spiritual warrior. Most adults are fractured souls after years of being in the grid program of our reality. Their spiritual theme is about healing issues, resulting from what they have done to others, what others have done to them, and from a never ending soap opera called 3D. They study martial arts, and other techniques to help them focus and empower themselves, thus hoping to become spiritual warriors.

Life is all about regaining your personal power by not allowing the illusion to take it away. To be a spiritual warrior is to bring balance to yourself and hopefully to others you meet. It is about not believing everything others tell you that has worked in their reality, but finding your own truth. It is about listening to your inner voice, higher guidance, your soul. It is then you regain your personal power and identity. You become the spiritual warrior who has broken free.

Ultimate Fighting Championships' (UFC) light-heavyweight title-holder Lyoto "The Dragon" Machida is unbeaten.

He was asked by Men's Fitness magazine about his odd habit of drinking urine.

"I feel very well doing this," Machida said.

"It is something I learned from my father when I was young. It really strengthens my immune system, and those who have tried this say there is no harm.

"I really don't recommend it to anyone. It's something my father passed on to me."

The 185.4cm 93kg Machida, from Belem, Brazil, defends his title for the first time against Mauricio “Shogun” Rua at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles on Sunday (AEST).

The referees working promoter Don King's boxing card at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday night will be able to utilize instant replay for the first time if necessary.

"This will be the first one," said Keith Kizer, executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. "The regulation became official on Tuesday. Of all of our regulatory changes, the most newsworthy thing is instant replay. This will be the first boxing card in Nevada where the referees can use instant replay."

In August, the Nevada commission, the most authoritative in the United States, adopted some rules changes, one of which was a 5-0 vote approving the use of limited instant replay for boxing and mixed martial arts bouts.

However, it took until this week for the change to be formally approved by Nevada's Legislative Counsel Bureau and officially added to the commission rulebook.

A kung fu master has given his rivals the finger after breaking the world record for doing push-ups... with one finger.

Fu Bingli - who has been studying martial arts for 32 years, since the age of just seven - scooped the Guinness World Record on Monday for completing 12 press-ups on just one finger of his right hand.

'I've been training since I was seven years old and my index finger has as much strength in it as most people's entire body,' said Fu, with masterful understatement.

Fu, of Lianyungang, eastern China, also claims that he can stand upside down supporting himself on just a single finger, but we'll probably wait for pictures of that before we're entirely convinced.
