Herlihy, a Delaware Superior Court judge who was chief deputy attorney general and worked with crash investigators.

The New York Times reported the 2007 crowd at the University of Iowa grew silent as Biden gave his version of what happened that day.

"Let me tell you a little story," The newspaper quoted Biden as saying. "I got elected when I was 29, and I got elected November the 7th. And on Dec. 18 of that year, my wife and three kids were Christmas shopping for a Christmas tree. A tractor-trailer, a guy who allegedly -- and I never pursued it -- drank his lunch instead of eating his lunch, broadsided my family and killed my wife instantly, and killed my daughter instantly, and hospitalized my two sons, with what were thought to be at the time permanent, fundamental injuries."

Clip Source: www.delawareonline.com

1972 crash still haunts driver's family

Since his vice presidential nomination, Joe Biden's 2007 statement that a "guy who allegedly ... drank his lunch" and drove the truck that struck and killed his first wife and daughter has gained national media traction.

Alcohol didn't play a role in the 1972 crash, investigators found. But as recently as last week, the syndicated TV show Inside Edition aired a clip from 2001 of Biden describing the accident to an audience at the University of Delaware and saying the truck driver "stopped to drink instead of drive."

The senator's statements don't jibe with news and law enforcement reports from the time, which cleared driver Curtis C. "My dad was always there for us. Now we feel like we should be there for him because he's not here to defend himself."

Tags: biden, accident, lies

<clipSource>http://www.delawareonline.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/200809040345/NEWS02/809040379</clipSource>

"What" "Who,ME?" The arguments that creationists use are typically specious and based on misunderstandings of (or outright lies about) evolution, but the number and diversity of the objections can put even well-informed people at a disadvantage.

To help with answering them, the following list rebuts some of the most common "scientific" arguments raised against evolution. It also directs readers to further sources for information and explains why creation science has no place in the classroom.

1. Posting company news, pictures, and even making positive comments about a company have cost bloggers their jobs.

How about job seekers? Can having a blog, a personal web site, or an account on a social networking site impact your job search, for better or for worse? It could. One blogger posted recently that he lies in interviews. That wouldn't thrill a prospective employer if they knew about it. Another job seeker's blog mentions that she loves to party all night, drinks to excess on a regular basis, and steals on occasion. Again, not a profile that would thrill most employers.

memories will sometimes struggle to recall the information we need.
However, the fault is not with the memory process itself, but
instead lies with the way the person has actually used their memory
resources to create the problem. Below you will find 9 tips to
help put your memory on the right track. These are extremely basic
tips and are in no way to be considered an extensive memory
improvement program, though you will still go far following
            this:

When you plan your life, your life

You just change the pieces, but the puzzle remains the same. All accident claims require the most out of the claimer. Workers compensation claims are not an exception to that rule. You must be a strong character to overcome the stress of such an undergoing.

Clip Source: blog.myspace.com

Another simple and very common reason is that, most people lie about their accident circumstances, and once they get caught, not only does their claim fail, but they also have to face penalties for their lies.

Tags: workers compensation claims, compensation claim, work accidents, personal injury solicitor, no win no fee

<clipSource>http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog&pop=1&ping=1</clipSource>

Passive-Aggression, Lies, Hypocrisy

clipped by: davboz
clipper's remarks: In their very denials, they blatantly show their bias.
Watching MSNBC, I think it is possible that often they really don't think it is showing. Panel members, after multiple exchanges where 5 or 6 (against 1) make snide references in their "analysis", show disdain contrasting wildly with the fawning speech reserved for the DNC & Obama, unashamedly lashing out at speakers they felt personally offended by,...they end up putting together a pair of collective presentations that, to a bipartisan observer, are like night and day. THEN have the balls (incldng. Rachel Maddow)to come off angrily defending their smear-style "journalism" dripping with partisan unevenness of tone, and nastiness, while framing the accusation as - (get this) - a tired Republican tactic. Oh my God!
I think they may actually even believe it.
How are humans so removed from their own behaviors, I wonder, whether in personal or private. Denial of this nature is to the level of a serious addiction or mental disorder. I

Clip Source: www.huffingtonpost.com

There is little that's more insidious than passive-aggressive behavior. It's a way of trying to obscure nastiness, a deception used to avoid responsibility for mean words or actions.

When someone is offended by this camouflaged hostility the antagonist puffs up in righteous indignation, ridiculing his target for being overly sensitive or misconstruing his intention. The smokescreen can confuse just about anybody

It's a attempt at having it both ways. It is the behavior of someone who wants to do or say something malicious and get away with it. It has no place in honorable politics. It needs to identified and condemned, as well as those who try and get away with it.

Clip Source: www.youtube.com

Clip Source: newsbusters.org

Us Magazine Disgrace

Liberal gossip tabloid attacks Sarah Palin after puffing Michelle Obama

<clipSource>http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bob-franken/passiveaggressive-politi_b_93004.html?show_comment_id=12104982</clipSource>

Demons in our Midst:Facing the Tyrant Inside and Out

clipped by: katsteevns
clipper's remarks: (cont.)It took me a long time to recognize that truly demonic energies are operating in our world right now. I was as unwilling to acknowledge the demonic as the next person. "Demonic" was not a word in my vocabulary, nor was "evil." I thought that people who used those words were projecting and ought to look at their own behavior. However, personal as well as global circumstances have compelled me to try to understand these energies and how to combat them.

We live in a world where deceit, duplicity, and mass delusion seem nearly all-pervasive. We cannot rely on the mainstream media to tell us what we most need to know, the truth; we cannot believe the politicians; we can't trust our electoral process; and half the country seems to be under a hypnotic spell induced by sub-rational mesmerism. Our lives are increasingly being corralled by a maniacal, irresponsible administration that uses lies and fear to rationalize its assaults on our rights and freedoms, our economy and environment

Clip Source: www.awakenedwoman.com

Demons in our

When I despair, I remember that all through
history the way of truth and love has always won. There
have been tyrants and murderers and for a time they seem
invincible but in the end, they always fall - think of
            it, ALWAYS. -- Gandhi

It cannot be an accident, or mere "coincidence," that
Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy was made into movies
that became box office hits during the first Bush
administration. We needed those images of leathery-winged
monsters with huge teeth and claws, of the pathetic Gollum
with the vicious shadow, of the goodness of fellowship and
the evil of greed for absolute power over the world. Why did
we need them? I think we needed those visual images to
remind us of the nature of evil and the existence of demons
because, in our secularlized, mechanistic world, we had
forgotten about them. We thought we were safe.

<clipSource>http://www.awakenedwoman.com/duarte_demon.htm</clipSource>

The FREE Click Formula.

clipped by: joaquimwhite

Clip Source: gsnatch.wordpress.com

Google Snatch - SEO Lies (Enter Big Money Markets)

Clip Source: gsnatch.wordpress.com

Google Snatch - SEO Lies (Enter Big Money Markets - Part 2)

Clip Source: gsnatch.wordpress.com

Google Snatch - Keyword Research Tool Lies

Clip Source: gsnatch.wordpress.com

Google Snatch - The FREE Click Formula

Tags: about internet marketing, advanced internet marketing, advertise my site for free, advertise my website for free, advertise online free

<clipSource>http://gsnatch.wordpress.com/2008/09/03/google-snatch-seo-lies-enter-big-money-markets/</clipSource>
