But for those who enjoy masturbation, using sex toys may be the answer to their boring everyday activity. For women, using vibrators may be recommended, and for men, masturbators will do the JOB.

Ever wondered which post of mine is the all-time most popular post? Yeah, me neither. But over time as I checked out my stats, it didn't take very long for me to figure it out, whether I wanted to or not. It's the one with that amazing illustration by Seymour Chwast and his Kama Sutra of Reading. Figures, huh? I get the most amount of hits from an amazing idea and illustration that ain't mine. Oh well.

So what's this leading up to? Well, we all know now that reading is sexy, but did you know that punctuation is sexy, too? A couple days ago I got an email from one of my instructors from my old design college, about this really cool T-shirt. I'm seriously thinking of ordering one:

Making Babies in Space May Be Harder Than It Sounds

Experimental mouse breeding in a near-zero-gravity space simulation suggests making babies is best left to Earthlings.

According to Japanese biologists, defects in their microgravity embryos suggest that “fertilization can occur normally” in space, but standard Earth gravity may be needed for embryo development.

The experiment, published Tuesday in Public Library of Science ONE, is the latest addition to a surprisingly large body of literature on how the space environment affects the cellular basics of reproduction.

Among the animals that have been bred in space are frogs, salamanders, sea urchins — who didn’t do so well — and fish. (Birds and bees are, understandably if unfortunately, not on the list.)

Rather less research, however, has been done on mammalian reproduction in space, and there’s reason to think the potential effects of low gravity would be pronounced in mammals, whose embryonic development is more complicated and sensitive than other animals.

A snake was among list of bizarre things that British students leave behind in rooms

Pets were among the most unusual items left behind, as well as the rabbit, Unite found a pair of budgies, and a six foot snake.

One person left frozen chicken feet.

The most common items left behind were mobile phone chargers (24 per cent), while almost one in five (19 per cent) of the items found were text books and one in ten (11 per cent) were iPods.

The 10 most bizarre items:

Recently, Apple rejected the iPhone app Eucalyptus entry into the company's App Store. The reason: the e-book reader, which can search the 20,000-plus item classic library of Project Gutenberg, "contains inappropriate sexual content" by allowing access to works such as The Kama Sutra of Vatsyayana.

Eucalyptus’s developer, Jamie Montgomerie, wrote about Apple’s rejection on his blog, which garnered significant coverage on the Web. On Sunday, Montgomerie wrote that he got a call from an Apple representative who discussed Eucalyptus with him and had Montgomerie resubmit the application, which is now available for purchase from the App Store for $10.

Was the initial rejection another example of the capricious nature of the App Store review process, the work of an overzealous app reviewer whose decision—once spread around the Internet—got overruled? Hard to say, but Apple (eventually) did the right thing, and that's what really matters.
