This image is a combination of three photos (using an orange, green and blue filter) taken by the OSIRIS camera onboard ESA's Rosetta spacecraft. It is part of a sequence of images taken every hour through one full rotation (24 hours). The illuminated sliver is centered around the South Pole, with South at the bottom of the image. 3 Telescopes Combine for Stunning Milky Way Photo

A giant composite image of the Milky Way's center has been taken by NASA's three Great Observatories — the Hubble and Spitzer Space Telescopes and the Chandra X-ray Observatory.

The image, unveiled by NASA today, was made to celebrate the International Year of Astronomy, 400 years after Galileo first turned his telescope to the heavens.

The pictures of our galaxy's hub combines a near-infrared view from the Hubble Space Telescope, an infrared view from the Spitzer Space Telescope, and an X-ray view from the Chandra X-ray Observatory into one multiwavelength picture.

Experts from all three observatories carefully assembled the final image from large mosaic photo surveys taken by each telescope. This composite image provides one of the most detailed views ever of our galaxy's mysterious core.

More than 150 planetariums, museums, nature centers, libraries, and schools across the country have received a giant 6-foot-by-3-foot print of the stunning image.

A never-before-seen view of the turbulent heart of our Milky Way galaxy is being unveiled by NASA on Nov. 10. This event will commemorate the 400 years since Galileo first turned his telescope to the heavens in 1609.

'Jesus appears in pick-up truck window'

A US man claims the face of Jesus appears every morning in the condensation on the side window of his pick-up truck.

Jim Stevens, of Jonesbororugh, Tennessee, says the face has appeared nearly every morning for the last two weeks.

It disappears when the condensation evaporates - but returns the following morning, he told the Johnson City Press.

Even rolling the window up and down has not stopped the image from reappearing.

Mr Stevens admits he's not a particularly religious person, but says he has been awed by the experience.

He said he had not done anything to or had anything in the Isuzu truck to explain the sudden appearance of the image.

"Of course, I'm not going to wash it," he said. "Why it happened to me, I don't know. I have no idea."

When the cornea is not powerful enough to bend light from a distant object to a single point of focus on the retina the eye is termed Hyperopic (or Hypermetropic). This can be caused by a cornea that is too flat, too thin or an eyeball that is too short. Young hyperopes can use the focusing power of their lens to clarify the image. Requiring energy, this process can cause headaches and eyestrain. As the image gets closer the amount of effort and energy required increases until at close range the blurring and headache symptoms can be pronounced. This blurring at near has given rise to the term ‘long-sighted’ as it is at close range that sufferers first report problems.

NASA captures giant cosmic hand on photo!

Take a look at the photo below. What do you make out of the hand-shaped image captured on photos by NASA? It is telling us something or is it just a fluke shot? (CNN) — New photographs released by NASA have captured images of a vast stellar formation resembling a human hand reaching across space.

NASA’s Chandra Observatory captured this hand-shaped image of an X-ray nebula.

It shows what appear to be ghostly blue fingers — thumb and pinky clearly discernible from index, ring and middle digits — reaching into a sparkling cloud of fiery red.

NASA says the display is caused by a young and powerful pulsar, known by the rather prosaic name of PSR B1509-58.

The center of the magnificent barred spiral galaxy NGC 1512 reveals a stunning 2,400 light-year-wide circle of infant star clusters. Astronomers generally believe that the giant bar, which is too faint to be seen in this image, funnels the gas to the inner ring, where massive stars are formed within numerous star clusters. NGC 1512 Located 30 million light-years away, is a neighbor of our Milky Way galaxy.

Fai di nuovo clic su Next e la procedura di creazione della copia inizierà. Attendi la fine del processo.
Hai ora creato la tua copia del sistema, pronta per essere utilizzata al posto della solita formattazione con reinstallazione di tutti i driver e programmi.
Quando finalmente avrai bisogno di ripristinare la tua copia del sistema procedi così.
Apri Drive Image XML e clicca su Restore. Seleziona poi il disco contenente la copia fatta. Nel disco troverai un file.xml. Selezionalo. La copia del sistema verrà ripristinata.
Nel caso tu abbia invece solo bisogno di recuperare solo alcuni file dalla copia, seleziona Browse dalla finestra principale di Drive Image XML e seleziona il file xml di cui sopra. Potrai navigare tra i contenuti della copia.

Per prima cosa effettua il download di Drive Image XML da http://www.runtime.org/driveimage-xml.htm e installalo.
Lancia Drive Image XML e apparirà una schermata dalla quale è possibile effettuare un backup, ripristinare un'immagine precedentemente creata oppure navigare all'interno di un'immagine per leggerne il contenuto o ripristinare semplicemente solo alcuni file.

Clicca su Backup. Si aprirà una finestra in cui saranno disponibili tutti i dischi (o le partizioni) presenti nel PC. Scegli il disco (o la partizione) di cui vuoi fare la copia e clicca su Next.

Si aprirà un'altra finestra che ti chiederà di confermare la scelta cliccando nuovamente su Next.

A questo punto devi scegliere dove andare a salvare la tua copia. Mi raccomando. Non scegliere mai di salvarla nello stesso disco che vuoi copiare.

Scegli il nome da dare alla copia cliccando sul nome del disco.
