clipper's remarks: Interesting idea. I don't fully agree with using "promotional products" all the time as everyone has a different "sweet spot" for recognition. Some like a good pat on the back, check or other recognition.

Those "promotional products" also better be things that everyone values. Otherwise, you will be fail to motivate people...

If employees do something worth rewarding, why wait to reward them? By doing it immediately, the result is usually that desired behavior is remembered and repeated. Spur-of-the-moment recognition is also a great way to motivate employees, build team morale and increase productivity.

A thoughtful, yet inexpensive, way to re-ward employees can be achieved by using promotional products. A step further than a pat on the back, promotional products as incentives serve as an operative way to say "thank you," which ultimately cultivates an efficient and collaborative work environment where employees feel involved and appreciated.

One of the most impressive features in Google's open source Chrome web browser is V8, a high-performance JavaScript virtual machine that was developed by a team of specialists in Denmark. Although Chrome's performance beats the current stable version of Firefox, benchmarks show that Mozilla's next-generation JavaScript engine actually outperforms V8.

Mozilla is using tracing optimization techniques and Adobe's open source nanojit to increase the execution speed of SpiderMonkey, the JavaScript runtime engine in the Firefox web browser. The new engine, which is called TraceMonkey, delivers unprecedented JavaScript performance. The new optimizations have already landed in the latest Firefox nightly builds (but still have to be manually enabled) and will likely be included in Firefox 3.1.

It's important to note that there are a few misleading assertions in the ad. For one, the "Journal" that's cited is the conservative and partisan Wall Street Journal editorial page. Two, to call Obama the Senate's most liberal senator is dubious. (The charge comes from the National Journal ranking Obama as having the most liberal Senate voting record of 2007, but he was nowhere near the top in 2005 and 2006; it's also worth noting that Obama missed many Senate votes in 2007, so that ranking is a bit skewed.) And three, the charge that Obama "gave big oil billions in subsidies and giveaways" is misleading. (According to nonpartisan fact-checkers, the 2005 energy bill the McCain camp is referring to actual resulted in a net tax INCREASE on oil companies.)

it's really very easy to add a third column to your Blogger blog!!

you can also set some margins if you want........now copy and paste the css code your other sidebar and rename the id to that of the left sidebar(sidebar-left).......

All you have to do is, find the width of the content wrapper which you will find it in CDATA section....increase it by about 200px depending upon the side of sidebar.....
now add a div in the body part before the main wrapper.....and place a b:section tag over there......it should look something like this....

Introduction: Small diameter, high aspect ratio polymer structures can be produced with a molding process. Using liquid polymer and a master template we are able to create micro and nano hairs.

Approach: the team is using nanopore and micropore membranes as the negative mold for our gecko foot hairs. The team has also created master silicon molds to use for creating microfibers. We already have achieved excellent results in producing both micro and nano fibers, and we are now concentrating on molding fibers with spatular tips to increase the contact area.

Benefits: This process creates fibers of nearly any size and material. The spatular tips increase the contact area and tus adhesion.
