Born and raised in London, Nick Brandt studied Film and Painting at St. Martins School of Art.
He started photographing in December 2000 in East Africa, beginning the body of work that is his signature subject matter and style. He no longer directs, devoting himself full time to his fine art photography now.

He has had numerous one-man exhibitions between 2004 and 2006, including London, Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, Hamburg, Santa Fe, Sydney, Melbourne and San Francisco. He now lives in Topanga, California.

Po Pin Lin has won the Award of Excellent in the Oil Painters of America's national and regional exhibition in 2001 and 2002 and has been a signature member of Oil Painters of America for many years. He has been featured twice in Southwest Art Magazine and was named "one of the 21 finest American artists under 31". Po Pin Lin is also the cover story and the subject of a six pages feature article in The Artist's Magazine in September issue of 2003. Recently, he is feature in Fine Art Connoisseur magazine premier issue - "The Chinese Academic Tradition - Po Pin Lin: From Taiwanese Farm buy to American City-Dweller."

Human Canvas: Body Painting Meets Fine Art

Emma Hack has made a name for herself as one of the most creative and visionary Australian artists to come along in years. But she doesn’t work on canvas or clay; her medium is the beautiful form of the human body.

Hack began her career as a makeup artist, hairdresser and children’s face painter. But her talents have continued to grow and evolve over the last two decades into the mature and fascinating form she works in today. Her paintings are applied directly to models’ bodies and match up perfectly with their background, acting as a kind of camouflage. But the bodies are not entirely hidden in the patterns; rather, they become part of the pattern and allow the background to flow even more beautifully.

The wallpapers featured are by the legendary designer Florence Broadhurst, licensed specifically for Hack’s use.

Emma’s work has been shown and celebrated all around the world

Bob Dylan, considered one of the most influential musicians of the 20th Century, will be exhibiting his recent paintings at Denmark's National Gallery.

Dylan says that he has always painted and drawn but nobody has paid much interest until lately. He began to show his fine art in 2007 at the Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz Museum in Chemnitz, Germany. In that exhibit he showed works from his Drawn Blank Series.

The Copenhagen exhibit will open in Autumn of 2010 and consist of at least 30 canvasses from his Brazil series, watercolors from his The Drawn Blank Series and as many as thirty recent acrylic paintings.

Dylan also has a new album set to be released on October 13th. All proceeds from his new album Christmas in the Heart will be donated to hunger relief organizations. Earlier this year Dylan’s album Together Through Life hit the top of the album charts in Britain and the US.

These fine paper sculptures are made by the Eckman family, Allen and Petty.For years they are working with this sort of fine art. On large complicated and detailed works the couple often work together and both sign the piece when completed.
