These are the hard-hitting reports that have been seen in films like Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11, broadcast internationally on BBC Newsnight television, and are found in Palast's international bestselling book The Best Democracy Money Can Buy.<A href="javascript:alert('This link contains javascript. The more that is revealed about the FBI's still largely-secret case against Bruce Ivins, the more doubts that are raised about whether their accusations are true. A particularly vivid episode illustrating how shoddy the FBI's case seems to be occurred in the last several days.

Ever since the FBI accused Bruce Ivins of being the sole anthrax attacker, one of the most glaring of the many deficiencies in the FBI's case is the complete lack of evidence, circumstantial or otherwise, placing Ivins at the New Jersey mailboxes (the proverbial "scene of the crime") on either of the two dates on which the anthrax letters were sent.

That the FBI is still, to this day, radically changing its story on such a vital issue -- namely, how and when Bruce Ivins traveled to New Jersey, twice, without detection and mailed the anthrax letters -- is a testament to how precarious the FBI's case is.

Tags: anthrax, journalism, terrorism, fbi, law enforcement, bruce ivins

<clipSource>http://www.salon.com/opinion/greenwald/2008/08/18/anthrax/index.html</clipSource>

Eddie Dodson Aticle in Hustler - excerpt

clipped by: mrmoto

Clip Source: content3.clipmarks.com

clipped from: www.hustlerworld.com

From the Magazine: Note-worthy Stickup Man - Part 1

EDDIE DODSON, a charismatic charmer who in the 1970s became part of Hollywood's "in" crowd, lived a double life. To support his drug habit and lavish lifestyle, he became the world's most prolific bank robber. Now friend and confidant Timothy Ford recounts Dodson's whirlwind saga.

The robber looked so beat down in the bank photos that FBI Special Agent in Charge Andy Chambers wondered whether the old junkie would survive his next fix. Since his heists had been in that L.A. enclave, the FBI nicknamed him The Down-and-Out-in-Beverly-Hills Bandit. The Down and Outer hit seven banks the first three months of 1999, but he didn't cause much of a stir at L.A.'s FBI field office. The city averages two to three bank robberies a day.

<clipSource>http://content3.clipmarks.com/content/7FA1945A-138C-4627-9008-61380EB389EA/</clipSource>

More than a Tractor

clipped by: Andrew Gillies
clipper's remarks: Here's an interesting view on Deere & Co. A not guilty plea was entered by James Fayed and he was refused bail
They would naturally have seen him as a flight risk After all James Fayed is the estranged husband of Pamela Fayed who was stabbed to death in a Century City parking garage on July 28th.

No one has been charged in relation to that murder yet. There are reports Pamela Fayed's slaying happened straight after leaving a meeting with her husband and his attorneys. I've also read in some news items that she was helping the FBI in some way prior to her murder.

The federal trial is scheduled to start some time in Sept 08

Meanwhile all over the globe e-bullion members continue to wait to hear any sort of update, from any source on what the hell is happening with the company itself.

Longest 4 hours maintenance I've ever seen.

Especially when account holders are hit with this image and message day after day.
http://www.e-bullion.com

<img>http://www.e-bullion.

Clip Source: news.google.com.au

Century City slaying suspect pleads not guilty to money scandal
Los Angeles Times, CA - 1 hour ago
Prosecutors allege the killer's getaway car had been rented with James Fayed's credit card, which police later found in his wallet. Fayed was arrested Aug. ...
Briefly: Fayed pleads not guilty in e-Bullion case The Industry Standard
Husband of slain woman denies money charge Press-Enterprise
Suspected Wife Killer Enters Plea In Other Case CBS 2
abc7.com - San Jose Mercury News
all 33 news articles »

Updated 12:15 pm, August 18, 2008
Ventura County Star, CA - 2 hours ago
James Fayed, 45, entered his plea in US District Court before US Magistrate Judge Charles Eick. Be they rich, poor, rural, suburban or city, missing white women and white teens are valued. They are cherished. When violence befalls them it is “news”. It is a surprise that it happened to them—where they live. Theirs are the tragedies that must be covered. They are the victimized who must be championed. Their families are the ones deserving of justice and closure. Their families cannot be left to cope alone. They are the lost that must be found.

Nancy Grace doesn’t have an aneurysm on camera when LaToya goes missing. Dan Abrams doesn’t get outraged when Marcus or Jamar vanishes. It can be a gas, liquid or powder. It prevents the body from using oxygen and therefore is more harmful to the heart and brain than other organs.

"It was used in concentration camps in World War II and by Saddam Hussein against the Kurds in the 1990s."

Officials said cyanide can be used as a terrorist weapon if it is dumped in water put in food, sprayed as a gas, or many other methods.

The investigation is continuing.

Clip Source: cbs4denver.com

DENVER (CBS4) ―

It has the makings of international intrigue. (BJA).

IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints
regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims
of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities
of suspected criminal or civil violations. For law enforcement and regulatory agencies
at the federal, state, local and international level, IC3 provides a central referral
mechanism for complaints involving Internet related crimes.
