Google’s much talked about Google Wave is here and every day new people are receiving their much sought after invite. Now that you are a part of the Wave here are five things you absolutely can’t miss:

Fannie Mae: "Deed For Lease" Program Will Let Thousands Rent Out Homes To Avoid Foreclosure

WASHINGTON — Thousands of borrowers on the verge of foreclosure will soon have the option of renting their homes from Fannie Mae, under a policy announced Thursday.

The government-controlled company, through its new "Deed for Lease" program, will allow borrowers to transfer ownership to Fannie Mae and sign a one-year lease, with month-to-month extensions after that.

The program will "eliminate some of the uncertainty of foreclosure, keeps families and tenants in their homes during a transitional period, and helps to stabilize neighborhoods and communities," Jay Ryan, a Fannie Mae vice president, said in a statement.

How to join video files using FileSJ or HJSplit

Are you sure that it is just split? If so then is there also a par file? Because you can use that to varify/join.
If it is just split then copy /b movie.001+movie.002+movie.003 movie.AVI is all that is required.

I am saying that all programs do to join split files like that is run a copy /b command. Ok for an wmv file it would just be copy /b movie.001+movie.002+movie.003+movie.004 movie.wmv

When renaming file extensions you need to be carefull that windows isn't hiding the extension, otherwise you just end up with movie.001.wmv, might look like movie.001, but it isn't.

The default Poll component available on Joomla! 1.5 has a limit of 12 options. Probably most people will get by without ever hitting this barrier – a 12 option limit is a reasonable number – but in case you need more than 12 options you will not find any way to increase the number through the graphical interface. "Right now, Internet address endings are limited to Latin characters - A to Z. But the Fast Track Process is the first step in bringing the 100,000 characters of the languages of the world online for domain names," ICANN Chairman Peter Dengate Thrush said in a statement.

The Fast Track Process to begin the use of non-Latin scripts would begin on November 16 and would usher in web addresses in scripts like Hindi, Arabic and Hebrew.

Experts believe that ICANN's decision would make the Internet more inclusive as people can be familiar with their own languages online.

The regulator said the process would allow nations and territories to apply for "Internet extensions reflecting their name - and made up of characters from their national language," the statement noted.

"The coming introduction of non-Latin characters represents the biggest technical change to the Internet since it was created four decades ago.

The organization responsible for managing the assignment of domain names and IP addresses has approved a new plan to allow non-Latin characters in Web extensions.

Known as Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs), the system is designed to globalize the Net so regions around the world can use their own local alphabet characters to surf in cyberspace, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, or ICANN, said Friday.

Calling IDNs the "biggest technical change" to the Internet since its birth 40 years ago, ICANN unanimously approved the plan on the final day of its six-day conference in Seoul.

IDNs will allow domain names to be to be written in native character sets, such as Chinese, Arabic, and Greek. In charge of managing domain names, ICANN has argued that IDNs are necessary to expand use of the Web in regions where people don't understand English. Since its inception, the Internet has been limited to the Latin character set used by the U.S. and many other nations.
