The Seventh Energy Center or the Crown Chakra is positioned at the top of the head at the soft center on a newborn baby’s head and relates to the pineal gland. The primary purpose of the crown chakra is to obtain meaning. That meaning gets incorporated into your belief system, and because this is the way you perceive the world to be, you operate from these set of beliefs.

The ultimate goal is to achieve a balance in your energy system through the chakras, connecting with the earth below and the sky above.

Ask yourself the question how committed am I to making a change in my life? What would that entail?

WORTHINGTON — The Rural Minnesota Energy Board and the Association of Minnesota Counties have identified the wind turbine production tax as their No. 1 priority to be resolved in the upcoming legislative session. What they want is for the state to reverse its 2008 action that calculated production tax payments into a county’s maximum levy. The move limited a county’s ability to finance projects.

Cuba orders extreme measures to cut energy use

HAVANA, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Cuba has ordered all state enterprises to adopt "extreme measures" to cut energy usage through the end of the year in hopes of avoiding the dreaded blackouts that plagued the country following the 1991 collapse of its then-top ally, the Soviet Union.

In documents seen by Reuters, government officials have been warned that the island is facing a "critical" energy shortage that requires the closing of non-essential factories and workshops and the shutting down of air conditioners and refrigerators not needed to preserve food and medicine.

Cuba has cut government spending and slashed imports after being hit hard by the global financial crisis and the cost of recovering from three hurricanes that struck last year.

Amid yesterday’s triumphalist fanfare about the new dawn of nuclear revolution (Ed Miliband, the Energy Secretary) and a significant milestone for the new industry (Vincent de Rivaz, EDF Energy), it was easy to miss the voices of caution about the likelihood that all these saviour stations will all actually be built.

The utilities argue that a lower limit of around $35 on the price of a permit will make it economically viable to invest in nuclear power –politically unpopular, since it is likely to push up the price of gas and electricity generated by fossil fuels

The question now is when the UK will start listening to the experts and realise that simply announcing it wants 10 new stations is not enough financial inducement for them magically to appear.

THE world is much closer to running out of oil than official estimates admit, says a whistleblower at the International Energy Agency who claims it has been deliberately underplaying a looming shortage for fear of triggering panic buying.

The senior official claims the United States has played an influential role in encouraging the watchdog to underplay the rate of decline from existing oilfields while overplaying the chances of finding new reserves.

The allegations raise serious questions about the accuracy of the organisation's latest World Energy Outlook on oil demand and supply, to be published overnight.

The outlook is used by many governments to help guide their energy and climate change policies.

In particular, the allegations cast a shadow on the prediction in the last World Economic Outlook, believed to be repeated again this year, that oil production can be raised from its present level of 83 million barrels a day to 105 million.
