Anerkennung und ihr Platz in der Organisationsgestaltung

Anerkennung ist der Bindestoff unserer sozialen Strukturen. Der Mensch wäre ohne Bezogenheit als Kulturwesen nicht denkbar. Als solches ist er auf Anerkennung angewiesen. Zwei Formen von Anerkennung können mitunter grundlegend unterschieden werden – Selbstanerkennung und Anerkennung von außen. Wir nennen es in Folge soziale Anerkennung. Selbstanerkennung dient vor allem der Aufrechterhaltung von Autonomie und persönlicher Integrität. Soziale Anerkennung hingegen weist uns Bedeutung als Individuum im Ganzen zu und ermöglicht uns überlebensnotweniges Eingebundensein. Beide Formen von Anerkennung sind für die gedeihliche Existenz Einzelner als auch für die Gemeinschaft von grundlegender Bedeutung.

Por ello –aquí la terea-, a la evidente utilidad para quienes hacen eLearning, este listado posee además una gran utilidad para quienes investigan los procesos y productos en la Formación en Red. En ese sentido, el mismo Centro ha organizado estos recursos tecnológicos –la caja de herramientas- en 25 categorías, un buen punto de partida para ir más allá de la enunciación y clasificación e introducirse al estudio de las ventajas del aprendizaje CON esas herramientas, así como del aprendizaje DE esas formas de aprender con TIC. Toda esta línea de investigación recalaría en añadir a esta caja de herramientas, buenas razones de uso pedagógico. Sin duda, esta tarea es parte del desarrollo de la tecnopedagogía de la Escuela 2.0.

Chimpanzees learn from video demo

Constructing a longer stick enabled the chimps to reach a food reward

Reporting in the Royal Society journal Proceedings B, scientists say this demonstrates what a "potent effect" social learning has in the primates.

"Those that had been shown the full demonstration, and had socially learned to make the longer tool, continued to make it even when the grape was so close that it was more awkward to use," said Dr Price.

"It could be that social learning is such a strong force for the chimps that they apply a blanket rule of 'go with what you've seen' (rather than work out what's most appropriate for the task)."
