You remember - he died at the hands of right-wing commentators and anti-government tea partiers. He was killed because of an overwhelming case of right-wing paranoia. He was murdered by Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Michelle Bachmann, and Fox News.

Keep this quiet though...

While the death of Bill Sparkman was a media sensation for pushing anti-conservative sentiments just a couple of months ago, it is receiving little to no coverage currently. Why? Because, as investigators have recently speculated, there is a possibility that he died by his own hands.

As the AP states,

"The strange case attracted national attention when it first came to light, prompting worries that it may be a sign of increased anger toward the federal government in the first year of Barack Obama's presidency."

It has been a strange situation as of late with Randy Quaid and his wife Evi. And after missing a total of four court dates, they’ve finally posted bond.

The “National Lampoons Christmas Vacation” funnyman and his bride were charged with skipping out on a $10,000 luxury hotel bill as well as burglary, defrauding an innkeeper, and conspiracy.

And now their court date has been set for December 15th, their 5th proposed date so far. District Attorney Lee Carter stated, “They have posted bond. If they don’t show up to court a bounty hunter will go and get them.

Randy and Evi each had to come up with $20,000 to stay out of jail until their court appearance. They have declined to comment.

Killer’s pre-rampage behavior is completely at odds with the idea of him preparing to massacre more than a dozen of his colleagues.

The Empire strikes back – right when when public support for the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan sinks to all time lows, an anti-war Islamic extremist with links to suicide bombers goes on a shooting rampage at a U.S. army base, reinvigorating support for the war on terror and demonizing opposition to it as anti-American extremism. The scam would be believable if it wasn’t so perfectly staged.

Without getting into convoluted conspiracy theories about mind control and whatever else, not that they aren’t without merit, the facts we already know about Hasan and his behavior prior to the deadly shootings just screams out “patsy” and “set-up” and almost exactly mirrors other terror scams the Empire has run in the past.

American TV star SAM JONES has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a series of 2008 drug deals.

The Smallville actor was arrested by Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) officials in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning (21Oct09) .

Prosecutors claim Jones was a "co-conspirator" and the "Hollywood connection" in a plot to illegally purchase and distribute more than 10,000 oxycodone pills, according to federal court documents.

Jones has been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute.

He faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.

Why the fuck is everyone so concerned about efficiency? We need less efficiency, IMHO. Have average people been rewarded for the vast "increase in productivity" of the last 30 years or so? Glenn Beck unveiled his master conspiracy theory yesterday on his Fix News show, essentially claiming the Obama Administration is conspiring to control the media and bring everyone under government control. A key to this, he claimed, was its advocacy of Net Neutrality -- since, as we've already observed, Beck prefers corporate control of your content to government regulations preventing such control.

He displayed just how well he understands these Intertoobs things, too:

Beck: Anyway, you may remember, FreePress is the group pushing for Net Neutrality, which would take the Internet out of the private hands of private business and into the hands of the government. It would create a level playing field. It would help diversity. It would destroy the free market that created the Internet.

Yeah, that sounds real scary Glenn. Except, of course, that the "free market" didn't "create the Internet".

It was, in fact,

a government program.
