Acreditando que a harmonia musical pode criar uma atmosfera fértil capaz de aumentar o crescimento e a qualidade das uvas e, consequentemente, do vinho, ele utiliza músicas clássicas como Mozart, Vivaldi e Mahler em plantações. O projeto é apoiado pela Universidade de Florença, que pesquisa os possíveis efeitos da música no crescimento mais forte e saudável das uvas destinadas à fabricação de vinhos.<BR><BR>Os equipamentos utilizados neste projeto são disponibilizados pela empresa espanhola D.A.S. Audio, os quais precisariam promover uma cobertura sonora limpa, natural e minuciosa. Foram instalados na vinícula 15 caixas DS-8T, escolhidas por sua versatilizadade e tamanho compacto, além de sua capacidade de suportar exposição a diversos tipos de condições climáticas devido ao seu material de construção.<BR><BR>O projeto acontece na região da Toscana, na chamada II Paradiso di Frassina.
