3) Many,if not most, poor people in America have cable/satellite television.
4) Many, if not most, poor people in America have a cell phone.
5) Many poor people in America have at least 1 or two, maybe even three cars.
6) Many poor people in America eat well - including junk food
7) Many poor people in America have jewelry,.

I think you get the picture. I personally have witnessed some of these "poor people" who usually have more stuff than I do.

Barack Obama is the most talked about, most media worshipped political celebrity of all time. He has received praise from Keith Olberman, German crowds , and a host of media outlets like ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN.

However, the real Obama is yet to be exposed. Most, by now, know his ties to radical left wing "evangelicals" like Rev. Wright and some others who are associated with apostasy. He has ties to Marxists, and radical left wingers like George Soros and others who wish to "CHANGE" American society into some kind of socialist utopia where free handouts are passed around from the pockets of hard working Americans into the hands of "poor people".

A group at the UW has developed software that for the first time enables deaf and hard-of-hearing Americans to use sign language over a mobile phone.

Computer science doctoral student Anna Cavender, who learned sign language after joining the MobileASL group, demonstrates the device. Users can hold the phone in front of them and sign with one hand, but most people prefer to set the phone on a table and sign with both hands.

This is the first time two-way real-time video communication has been demonstrated over cell phones in the United States

Cellphones may make wallets obsolete

Tapping into your bank account is just the beginning of new financial applications coming to your mobile phone.

The financial functionality of mobile phones is poised to explode.

Eight of the 10 biggest U.S. banks now provide at least basic services on cellphones, allowing account holders to check their balances by tapping away on their tiny keypads.

In one sign of where things are headed, Visa Inc. launched a pilot program last week with eight major banks to send text alerts to 2,000 consumers within seconds after unusual transactions. The customers could then cancel their cards before anything else happens.

All the services are handy, free -- and may be just the beginning. The banks hope that getting you used to making payments with a phone will lead to the day when you'll be happy to buy things with it, as folks already do in Japan and South Korea.

DENVER - Joe Biden got the call from Barack Obama while accompanying his wife as she was getting a root canal.

As he waited in the dentist office Thursday, Biden's cell phone rang with the presidential candidate's invitation to be his running mate.

It capped a six-week process of elimination that always pointed in Biden's direction even if the Delaware lawmaker couldn't believe he would actually be the pick.

Biden said he would and submitted the requisite paperwork to the vetting committee, but was skeptical that it would ever happen. A longtime friend who requested anonymity to speak freely said Biden wouldn't allow himself to believe he was in serious consideration because his hopes and expectations had been beaten down so much by such a miserable showing in the Democratic presidential race.
