Maa- ja metsätalousministeri Sirkka-Liisa Anttila (kesk) ehdottaa, että Suomeen perustettaisiin onnellisten sikojen tiloja.

Kun perussiat talsivat ritilöillä, makoilisivat onnelliset siat oljilla. Tilaakin onnellisilla sioilla olisi enemmän, ja niiden asuntoloissa ilmastointi olisi huippukunnossa.

Anttila aikoo esittää asiaa teollisuuden ja teurastamojen edustajille lähiaikoina. Hän ei tosin usko, että ehdotus herättää siellä innostusta.

clipper's remarks: Ben, Here's the computer we bought at Costco for Sophie's birthday. It's the Acer Aspire AS573222, T4300, 2.10 GHz. At $479 the price seemed good. Also with Costco they add a 2nd year to the warranty and a third if you use the American Express. The only obvious dowside is Max 2 1/2 hr battery life. That shouldn't be too much of an issue for the next year and a half until she goes to the JC. Anyway let me know what you think when you have a chance. Chris
