The FBI is investigating terrorism threats posted on a homosexual blog that appear to be aimed at Christians.

The Yankees' designated hitter clubbed a two-run homer into the right field seats in the second inning, a two-run single to center in the third and a two-run double in the fifth.

Yankees starter Andy Pettitte earned his second win of the series, allowing four hits and three runs. Mariano Rivera picked up another save.

Phillies starter Pedro Martinez was the loser, giving up three hits, including Matsui's homer and single, and four runs over four innings.

Ryan Howard slugged a two-run home run and Jimmy Rollins sent home a run with a sacrifice fly for the Phillies, who were trying to repeat as World Series champions.

HELENA, Mont. — A Montana jury has found the maker of Louisville Slugger baseball bats failed to adequately warn about the dangers the product can pose, awarding a family $850,000 for the 2003 death of their son in a baseball game.

The jury on Wednesday awarded a total of $850,000 in damages against Hillerich & Bradsby for failure to place warnings on the product. However, the jury decided the product was not defective.

Brandon Patch's family argued that aluminum baseball bats are dangerous because they cause the ball to travel at a greater speed.

They argued their 18-year-old son did not have enough time to react to the ball being struck before it hit him in the head while he was pitching in an American Legion baseball game in Helena in 2003.

Debbie Patch says she hopes the decision will make more people aware of the dangers associated with aluminum bats and that more youth leagues will switch to using wooden bats.

WHEN the Hells Angels saw their "death head" logo on a Mambo sweatshirt, they reached not for the baseball bats of stereotypical bikie lore, but for their lawyers, in a bid to protect their intellectual property.

The Australian has revealed that Gazal Corp - Mambo's previous owner - has been forced to apologise to the motorcycle club, following a hard-fought legal stoush which began in the federal Magistrates Court late last year.

As part of a confidential settlement in favour of the bikies, Michael Gazal, managing director of Gazal Corp Ltd, penned an apology to the Hells Angels Motorcycle Corp (Australia) Pty Ltd, for manufacturing and selling the garments.

The offending garments were a child's hooded sweatshirt and a sugar-pink mini-skirt.
