Flossing between teeth allows you to get into the nooks and crannies that a toothbrush can't reach, and doing it daily--preferably at night, when plaque-causing bacteria really build up--is your frontline defense against gum disease, tooth decay, and bad breath.

In itself CO2 is a life giver. As a combination of Oxygen and Carbon it represents life itself. We are built from carbon as is every other life form and again like every other life form Oxygen is the fuel we must have to survive. How can the very elements that build us and fuel us and every other life form be a pollutant?

The main case being made against our fossil fuel habit is that we are releasing carbon stored over millennia into the atmosphere in a relatively short period of time.

Is that necessarily a bad thing in itself? We certainly need to conserve natural resources but the fact is that after several billion years of life on Earth the Earth’s crust is simply awash with carbon in one form or another.

However, the demonisation of fossil fuels and CO2 before the globe has removed poverty and allowed less developed nations to share in worldwide prosperity is an obscenity.

Clip Source: www.rightsidenews.com

I’ve set out elsewhere the reasons for my reservations about CO2 being the cause but let’s put that aside for a while and consider whether our production of CO2 is blameworthy in any moral sense.

We are told that everything we do to make life worth living is an aggressive, nay obscene, act of aggression against Nature, Gaia or whatever.

Our entire societies are built on energy use. If we change the pattern of such use every part of our society will be upturned into chaos.

So let as look at the truth

Every aspect of what we call progress over the past 500 years has been due to activities that inevitably produce CO2 emissions. Thus average age for humans has increased in the developed world from 40 or so to 75 plus. Additionally we have been able to cope with a total global population that would have been deemed impossible only 100 years ago. We are now being told that all that must stop

Tags: climate alarmism, gaia, co2, pollutant, fossil fuels

<clipSource>http://www.rightsidenews.com/200807101399/energy-and-environment/c02-a-breath-of-fresh-air.html</clipSource>

Words of Wisdom from Kids

clipped by: JohnWaterman

Clip Source: funmeme.biz

1. Never trust a dog to watch your food. Patrick 10

2. When your dad is mad and asks you "Do I look stupid?", don't answer him.
The challenging of cartoon stereotypes of prisons as hotels, criminals as monsters and the right function of prison being to punish and degrade as much as possible: the slow, bit by bit intervention of the rehabilitation element of a civilized judiciary.

Clip Source: women.timesonline.co.uk

It's the smell that gets to you first in prison. It leaks from the walls. It's
the scent of a man cooped up for 15 hours a day in a 9ft by 7ft cell. Don't
buy into the idea that prison is cushy until your nostrils have hurt from
the pong of piss, tobacco, boiled vegetables, bad breath, old trainers and
disinfectant. It's the smell of despair - and on Sunday, from which date
government guidelines dictate that some prisoners will be locked up for half
a day longer each week - that stink can only get worse.

Baking soda can clean your teeth, clear your complexion and act as a natural antacid

almost everything except vegetables, millet, most fruits and, as we have just seen, apple cider vinegar) – contribute to one's body becoming too acidic. This in turn can open the door to a variety of problems

This can result in heartburn, digestive distress, stomach upset, fatigue and a multitude of other symptoms. Simple, inexpensive kitchen baking soda can fix this.

Very useful in keeping the body healthily alkalized is half to one teaspoon a day of baking soda in water. Don't take it with or within an hour of meals, though

even store-bought spring water) is surprisingly acidic;

When baking soda is added to bath water, sunburn sufferers often experience a notable reduction in pain

Simple baking soda may also weaken the desire for a cigarette as well as reduce the desire for sugar

Baking soda is also effective for polishing teeth (without scratching the tooth surface) and fighting bad breath

a balanced pH

<clipSource>http://www.naturalnews.com/021618.html</clipSource>

29 Food Side Effects You May Not Know

clipped by: hitchhiker08
clipper's remarks: A very analytical approach...

Clip Source: www.healthassist.net

29 Food Side Effects You May Not Know

Interesting facts. When reading or watching the world as it is today, we can see what man has on his mind and unfortunately it is not the good, but the evil in mans mind that is winning.

We see the continual search for the better weapons in which to kill each other, the growing hunger and killing of our children, the continuing raping of Mother Earth, with no respite in the future. We must look to our Grandfathers for guidance, however for the People of the Earth and I speak of the Indigenous Peoples who at one time lived and breathed the life of Mother Earth, it will be easier, not so for the others who live for greed with every waking breath. The destruction of man will come from within, so pray to the Great Spirit that the others will come to respect and seek the guidance of our Earth Mother and that of the People of the Earth, before it is to late.
Cougar

Clip Source: webmail.canada.com

"Think only about what is holy. with a lot of junk: maybe bad thoughts about a brother or
sister, maybe angry thoughts, maybe self-pity thoughts. Our
minds are not the boss. We can instruct our mind to think
about whatever we want to think about. We cannot stop
thinking, be we can choose what to think about. The Elders say
we move towards what we think about. That's why they say,
"Think about what is holy, think about the Grandfathers, think
about culture, think about values, think about ceremonies, and
