But of course your local and MSM news parrot whatever the CDC says while this is a multi-million dollar industry that cannot prevent you from getting the flu. The logic in this article is plain enough.

Notice the emotionally charged, fear-mongering messages and ads used to press people into lining up, including many messages that say "they could save your life, or the life of your children or loved one". What absolute hype that plays on fear, when the shot cannot prevent getting the flu!

To see how profitable an industry this is read about Donald Rumsfeld and Tamiflu.

People feel safer with their placebo-type flu shot that cannot and will not prevent them from contracting the flu. The statements made by government and media on the subject are irresponsible hype and absolutely misleading about its effectiveness.

Clip Source: ezinearticles.com

Is Flu Shot Vaccination Really Useful?
By Wellyn Leu

The question; Is flu shot vaccination really useful? Well, let's take a quick look from the source, in this case is the Influenza virus that cause flu in the first place. There are currently 2 types of Influenza viruses, Type A & Type B.

influenza viruses are constantly changing through a process called "antigenic drift". This is a continuous & spontaneous mutations process in the viral RNA.

a host infected with influenza virus develops antibody against that virus; as the virus changes, the "first" antibody no longer recognizes the "newer" virus and reinfection can occur.

So, what that really mean is flu shot cannot really prevent you from getting a flu because it depends what type of viruses you are infected with. In addition, the Influenza viruses changes very rapidly which makes the vaccination to be somewhat obsolete.

it most likely have very little effect against current viruses.

You can get a flu after the flu shot

Tags: flu, flu shot, cdc, health, doctors, flu season

<clipSource>http://ezinearticles.com/?Is-Flu-Shot-Vaccination-Really-Useful?&id=1552834</clipSource>

CNN: ACORN fraud & ties to Obama

clipped by: jatfla
clipper's remarks: If CNN is reporting it you know it's everywhere and can't be hidden anymore. But don’t infect the rest of us, or give crazy people any ideas or encouragement.

Clip Source: article.nationalreview.com

‘John McCain, when he smiles, has a menacing quality.”

Chris Matthews sounded like he was playing himself in what could have been a Saturday Night Live skit taking him to a ridiculous extreme. But you also would not be crazy if you walked away believing that John McCain wants to kill Barack Obama — or, at least, wouldn’t mind if someone did it on his behalf.

Underscoring how ridiculous he thought it as a campaign issue, Olbermann asked, “Shouldn’t [McCain] be refusing to share the stage with [Obama]?” He wanted to know if McCain should really be turning Obama in to law-enforcement authorities. That is, after all, what you do with a terrorist.

<clipSource>http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=ODA1OWM3NzViNmNmOWYwODhlN2M4ZGIzYTRmZjQwNWM=</clipSource>

Lou Dobbs, Alone in MSM, Reports on Ohio Early Voting Abuse

clipped by: jatfla
clipper's remarks: Amazing, but sadly not surprising. You will note that this was published in the UK, not in a US newspaper, and certainly not from the MSM.

In other words get ready for a second hard sell since the first bailout bill was rejected (due to pressure from average citizens). Bush will bully-pulpit, Pelosi and Ried will scream again, and even republicans will line up, both Obama and McCain will push the same pitch and try to get wary Americans to sign on the bottom line. But the plan would not work.

He says this is why bank stocks, not just investment firms are falling too:

traditional banking – collecting retail deposits and making loans to ordinary customers – is barely profitable. Compared with the potential gains from a day at the currency-swap races, or a night in the derivatives casino, current accounts are cold potatoes. That is why bonus-hungry executives, at what we used to think of as boring banks, were so keen to spin the red-hot wheel of fortune.

the West’s financial infrastructure is in severe
distress. Yes, more banks are going to crumble. Yes, there will be a
recession. But allocating $700bn (it would almost certainly turn out to be
more) to a clean-up programme for toxic assets, in effect socialising the
poison of private greed, has no merit other than to delay the inevitable.

There is a conspiracy of bankers and politicians whose self-interest is

package of national deliverance. Concessions will be made. The US taxpayer
will be offered improved terms. And, having made their point, having stood
up for “traditional American values”, some of the naysayers in the House of
Representatives will cross over, enabling a deal to be done. Their
consciences will be salved, but the crisis will not be solved.

If you don't do that, this whole bailout plan is going to fail. So that's how, McCain, apparently, became involved.

Continued . . .

SCHIEFFER:I'm told that the leaders of both parties are getting close to having some kind of a bill. The question, though, is whether rank-and-file Republicans, especially, are going to vote for this.

And that's where McCain comes in.

It had became clear that the Dems bill had only FOUR Republican votes.

View Bob Schieffer video on White House Summit:1:00 minute

Clip Source: newsbusters.org

John McCain got involved in the bailout negotiations after Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson told Sen.
