In the weeks before its death, the Opinion was often observed meditating on a litany of uncomfortable realizations: it had discovered that its apartment wasn't Free, its bar tab wasn't Free, its groceries weren't Free and, having failed to appear in court on misdemeanor charges, it suffered the additonal ignominy of facing the fact that indeed, not even its DUI was Free ($250.00 just to post bail!). Its only words to the judge were these: "In the bastardized yet immortal phrasings of Kris Kristofferson: Freedom's just another word for something that isn't free..."

The Opinion "Freedom isn't free" has died after a brief illness, owing in large part to its inability to pay for badly needed medical treatment. Having spent its early years being invoked to shut up dirty fucking hippies, its later years degraded into increasingly violent confrontations with health insurance companies and their motto "Health Care Isn't Free, It Isn't Even Health Care." With no more Free Time on its hands, it joined the ranks of the approximately 45,000 Americans who die every year because, well, you already know why.

Born during the era of The Vietnam War Isn't Free it was viewed as a comforting remonstration against anyone who ever pussifyingly questioned the rightness of our nation's bloody habit of killing brown people in far away lands.

Having married its childhood sweetheart (Sex Isn't Free) only to discover its mate wanted to keep its night job, it sought a divorce (that wasn't Free) and lived out the rest of its years as a Free Spirit.

LOS ANGELES — For decades, the Walt Disney Company has largely kept Mickey Mouse frozen under glass, fearful that even the tiniest tinkering might tarnish the brand and upend his $5 billion or so in annual merchandise sales. One false move and Disney could have New Coke on its hands.

Now, however, concerned that Mickey has become more of a corporate symbol than a beloved character for recent generations of young people, Disney is taking the risky step of re-imagining him for the future.

The first glimmer of this will be the introduction next year of a new video game, Epic Mickey, in which the formerly squeaky clean character can be cantankerous and cunning, as well as heroic, as he traverses a forbidding wasteland.

Family doctors group loses members over Coke deal

CHICAGO – Advice about soft drinks and health from one of the nation's largest doctors groups will soon be brought to you by Coke.

The American Academy of Family Physicians has prompted outcry and lost members over its new six-figure alliance with the Coca-Cola Co. The deal will fund educational materials about soft drinks for the academy's consumer health and wellness Web site, http://www.FamilyDoctor.org.

"Coca-Cola, like other sodas, causes enormous suffering and premature death by increasing the risks of obesity, diabetes, heart attacks, gout, and cavities," Harvard University nutrition expert Dr. Walter Willett said in an e-mail.

Walker has been a member of the academy for 25 years but quit last week. He said 20 other doctors who work with his local medical practice also quit because of the Coke deal.

Also, to “Re-Rock” coke I just take an ounce, I put my cut w/ it (normally lactose) and grind my cut w/ my coke up in a coffee grinder, I then throw about 10 bags around the O and add a few drops of acetone, then roll the bag around in my hand, then a few more drops and roll, repeat until its all got a nice moisture to it, I then take 2 2×4 boards, lay the ounce down on top of 1 board, and then put the other board on top like a sandwhich then jump on that bitch a few times and let it sit for like 4 hours and when I Pull that bitch out it’s all brick. I sit the brick out to let most of the acetone evaporate away and there you go

Do you see how this works yet? The CIA was in the cocaine dealing business in the 70’s and 80’s and they are now also clearly involved in the heroin dealing business. They have found a way to make huge amounts of money to support covert operations around the world without need for congressional or popular support. They can afford to lie to Speaker Pelosi because they have income she cannot touch…heroin sales. The CIA has developed its own internal economy based on the drug trade and it is now operating independently of the US government.

NEW DELHI: A soft drink company has been fined Rs 1 lakh and directed to pay Rs 50,000 compensation to a doctor who suffered food poisoning and

had to be hospitalised after consuming a cola that reportedly contained fungus. The New Delhi District consumer forum has asked Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Private Ltd to deposit Rs one lakh in the Delhi State consumer commission relief fund as penalty.

The complainant, Raj Mohan Atrey, an East Delhi-based doctor, complained that he started vomiting as soon as he had few sips of Coca Cola that he bought from one Prince Pan Corner in West Jyoti Nagar on April 21 last year. He claimed that he saw fungus floating in the bottle. He was admitted to Maha Laxmi hospital in Shahadra with acute gastroenteritis and food poisoning. He stayed in hospital for six days.

However, the company said that it cannot be held accountable as the bottle was not sent for chemical testing and that the doctor did not

WASHINGTON--At the News Corporation annual meeting on Friday morning in New York City, Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media will urge Chairman Rupert Murdoch to ask why Fox News has hired a left-wing cop-killer apologist, Marc Lamont Hill, as a well-paid on-air contributor on shows such as The O'Reilly Factor.

"The Obama Administration had a Van Jones problem," Kincaid explained, "and News Corporation has a Marc Lamont Hill problem."

Van Jones was ousted from a White House job after his controversial background was highlighted by Fox News and other news organization, while Hill, a hip-hop professor, was hired by Fox News despite supporting cop-killers such as Assata Shakaur and Mumia Abu-Jamal, black racists such as Khallid Muhammad, and a communist group known as the "Poor Righteous Communist Party." Kincaid commented that, "Fox News is as bad as Obama on background checks."

The ceremony at Harvard University honored the work of Geoffrey Miller, a University of New Mexico associate professor who studied the earning potential of ovulating exotic dancers.

Average earnings for Miller’s subjects were $250 for a five-hour shift, but they jumped to $350 to $400 per five-hour shift when the women were their most fertile.
