In France, Scientology was found guilty of defrauding followers after a judge effectively debunked the idea of the church's trusty E-meter, a crude polygraph used to encourage Scientologists to purchase everything from books to extreme sauna courses.

In Los Angeles, the Oscar-winning director Paul Haggis cut his ties with Scientology in protest at what he branded their tolerance of homophobia, adding that the church's claim it does not tell people to ''disconnect'' from unsupportive family members was untrue - his wife had been ordered to do so. Meanwhile, Scientology's chief spokesman, Tommy Davis, stormed out of a TV interview with Martin Bashir, after being pressed on ''certain articles of faith''. The alien stuff, basically.

It is the internet wot dun it. During his life, the religion's inventor, L. Ron Hubbard, deemed the chief enemies of Scientology to be tax inspectors and psychiatrists

5. Wollemia nobilis: This bizarre-looking tree was known only from 120 million-year-old fossil leaves before 1994; fewer than one hundred exist in the wild. They have strange bark that looks like bubbles of chocolate, multiple trunks, and ferny-looking leaves growing in spirals. They can grow up to 125 feet tall.

6. Welwitschia mirabilis consists of only two leaves and a stem with roots. Its two leaves continue to grow until they resemble an alien life form. The stem gets thicker rather than higher, although this plant can grow to be almost six feet high and twenty-four feet wide. Its estimated lifespan is 400 to 1500 years. Mirabilis grows in Namibia, and is thought to be a relic of the Jurassic period.

7. Drakaea glyptodon: an orchid. It is the color of, and smells like, raw meat. Pollinated by male wasps.

8. Wolffia angusta: the world's smallest flower. A dozen plants would easily fit on the head of a pin and two plants in full bloom will fit inside a small printed letter "o."

Another USA Conspiracy Behind NASA Moon Bombing Oct 2009

The mission named LCROSS (Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite) will blast off from Cape Canaveral, Florida, carrying a missile (a Centaur rocket) that will blast a hole in the lunar surface - a crater close to the Moon's south pole. Officially NASA announced that their Moon Bombing is not using explosive material, but it is still no clear whether the missile itself is nuclear powered or not.

There is still another conspiracy theory about this moon bombing. As I mentioned about the Alien structure/base on the Moon surface, it means there is another life that ever visited Moon. Some scientists gave a theory that Moon as the alien base before they come into earth. (continued next page)

Especially since the horrible events of 9/11, Americans have been encouraged to identify with a militaristic way of life, to suspend their ability to read the word and world critically, to treat corporate and government power in almost religious terms and to view a culture of questioning as something alien and poisonous to American society.

This type of discourse recalls George Orwell's dystopian world of "1984" in which the Ministry of Truth produces lies and the Ministry of Love tortures people. Remember when the Bush administration used the "Healthy Forest Initiative" to give loggers access to protected wilderness areas or the "Clear Skies Initiative" to enable greater industrial air pollution? President Obama also indulges in this kind of semantic dishonesty when he substitutes "prolonged detention" for the much maligned "preventive detention" policies he inherited from the Bush-Cheney regime. While Obama is not Bush, the use of this type of duplicitous language calls to mind the Orwellian nightmare in which "war is peace, freedom is slavery, and ignorance is strength."
