Some other masterpieces of Russian medieval wooden architecture were found abandoned.

Some of them look like they are just left - even some furniture stays on its places. The reason they are so undisturbed - it stays deep inside the Russian forests.

Many men confuse andropause with erectile dysfunction (ED), because they often occur around the same time. These men often turn to an ED medication, such as Viagra, to improve their erectile ability, which works for a time in most cases. However, as men get older, the gap between desire and arousal widens and many men become deeply disappointed when Viagra doesn't give them the desire to have sex. Waning testosterone in your aging partner could cause mood changes

Is there really such a thing as "male menopause"? Conventional wisdom says that menopause is a "woman's condition," but as men advance into their 40s they also experience a progressive decline in hormone levels, namely testosterone. The result can be andropause, which is estimated to affect about 5 million American men.

The hormonal decline that men experience isn't nearly as abrupt as it is in women — it's more like walking down a hill than jumping off a cliff. However, waning testosterone is likely to make a guy moody, irritable and depressed.

A decrease in available testosterone also increases a man’s risk for heart disease, and makes him more prone to injury because of decreasing bone density.

Andropause is not the same as a mid-life crisis, which is a psycho-social issue. And not all guys who experience aging

can be qualified as having andropause.

The Holy Lance Church

These are photos from the church in Armenia, ex part of Soviet Union, now a separate country.
They have those unique churches that were caved in the mountain with the part of the original solid rock as the pillars and walls. These churches are more than 1500 years old and according to the history of this particular church the “Holy Lance” or “Spear of Christ”, the lance that pierced Jesus while he was on the cross to stop his sufferings was stored during 500 years in this place. The name of place is still “The Church of the Holy Lance”.

What are the worst blights facing our society today? A version of that question was asked 104 years ago by Joseph Rowntree, one of Britain's most famous Quakers. Rowntree thought the "scourges of humanity" facing his world were poverty, war, slavery, intemperance, the opium trade, impurity and gambling. A new poll commissioned by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation asks a similar question of the UK population today, and the results could have Mr Rowntree turning in his grave. The "dominant opinion", according to researchers, is that religion is a "social evil" which leads to intolerance and ignorance.

Possible Link Between Suicide and Earth’s Magnetic Field

A Russian scientist has looked in to a possible link between geomagnetism and human health, suggesting their may be a relation to the number of suicides during certain seasonal peaks in the Earth’s geomagnetic field.

A review of suicide rates and their relation to magnetic storms in South Africa have also been published in Psychiatric circles.

High Periods of geomagnetic activity caused by large solar flares, known as geomagnetic storms, have been linked to clinical depression.

A study published in The British Journal of Psychiatry suggested a 36.2% increase in the number of men admitted into hospital for depression two weeks after geomagnetic storms.

Rycroft believes the correlation between geomagnetism and suicide justifies more research.
