They always say that hindsight is 20/20. 20/20 means hindsight is 100% percent. Looking back it is always easy to see what you should have done differently. Foresight, however, is not such a perfect proposition. Exactly what is the math on foresight? Foresight, or 4-sight, is 4/20, or 20%. So in other words it is very bad.

Your foresight drops below 20% when you drink a 40[oz of malt liquor]. Now, 40 is two times 20, which you would think would make it double, but drinking a forty actually cuts your 20% 4-sight in 1/2, which makes 10, which is 1/4 of 40. If you multiply that 1/4 by the 20% of your 4-sight you get 4%. That is not very good.

What does all this math teach us about the future? Maybe it is that math was easier in the past. Either that, or don’t drink and drive!

On a side note, glasses are supposed to improve your sight to 20/20. But even drinking the 40 [oz of malt liquor] in glasses instead of from the bottle does not improve your 4-sight.

MEYRIN, Switzerland (AP) -- The most powerful atom-smasher ever built could make some bizarre discoveries, such as invisible matter or extra dimensions in space, after it is switched on in August.

But some critics fear the Large Hadron Collider could exceed physicists' wildest conjectures: Will it spawn a black hole that could swallow Earth?

Or spit out particles that could turn the planet into a hot dead clump?

The machine, which has been called the largest scientific experiment in history, isn't expected to begin test runs until August, and ramping up to full power could take months. But once it is working, it is expected to produce some startling findings.

Scientists plan to hunt for signs of the invisible "dark matter" and "dark energy" that make up more than 96 percent of the universe, and hope to glimpse the elusive Higgs boson, a so-far undiscovered particle thought to give matter its mass.

Prince Charles converts his beloved Aston Martin to a green machine... run on English wine

Prince Charles has been driving while using alcohol - to run his car.

In his latest effort to help the environment, the prince has converted his 38-year-old Aston Martin to run on fuel made from surplus English wine.

The move, part of a drive to reduce his carbon footprint, emerged in an annual review of the Prince's activities. It shows he has already hit his target of cutting carbon emissions by 12.5 per cent by 2012, in line with the Government's Kyoto target.

Wimbledon Fans Arrested For Cutlery

Two tennis fans have been arrested and cautioned for carrying 'picnic' knives into Wimbledon.

A 61-year-old man and a woman, 30, were stopped for carrying the knives - which police described as dangerous.

Security guards at the tournament were also confiscating drinks and snacks given free to queuing spectators.

Innocent smoothies, Rubicon fruit juice and Jordan's cereal bars were among the items taken off people.

Binoculars and radios offered with newspapers were also removed.

Wimbledon chiefs have banned the freebies to protect multi-million pound sponsorship deals with brands such as Robinsons.

In total the championship has 15 official sponsors.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police confirmed the arrests, adding that the blades found on the two were classed as lock knives.

He said a third person, aged 37, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

A spokesman for Wimbledon is reported to have said: "We have to protect the integrity of our sponsors".

Hiker's bra saves her life

BERCHTESGADEN, Germany (UPI) -- An American woman was rescued from a mountain in Germany after she used her size DD bra to get the attention of nearby loggers, officials said.

The 24-year-old Colorado woman had been missing for three days before her a helicopter crew spotted her colorful sports bra, the Daily Mail reported Monday.

The woman said she attached the bra to a cable used for moving logs down the mountain.

The woman received injuries to her skull, ankle and shoulder when she lost her footing while hiking in the Bavarian Alps close to Berchtesgaden, Germany, the report said.

"Hanging the bra out saved her life because a logger saw it, heard about the search for a missing woman, and called mountain rescue," Police Chief Adolph Gunther said.

Officials said the woman is expected to make a full recovery.
