Now here with a summer health tip is “SNL Newsbreak” science editor
Dr. Jack Badofsky.

Dr. Jack Badofsky: A- A- A lot of doctors are telling you how
dangerous the summer sun’s rays can be. So here’s my summer tip:
watch out for creatures that are foaming at the mouth. That’s right.
Summer is a prime time for abdivorus, commonly known as rabies.

A grandmother frothing at the mouth can inflict “Crochetbies,” and
being bitten by a stuttering bigot can lead to “K-K-K-bies.” Getting
bitten by Elmer Fudd can give you a real painful case of “Waybies,”
and if you’re making love to a woman and you finish before she does,
she’s liable to get mad and bite you. That’s “Mislaybies.” [applause]

Linda Lovelace could get you “Fellabies”—

They're supposed to be loaning out that money and they're using it for other purposes, so it is a real mess.

Tags: economy business trump obama

<clipSource>http://www.cnn.com/2009/LIVING/personal/02/05/lkl.donald.trump/index.html?iref=topnews</clipSource>

Leaving a guided meditation

clipped by: sylectra
clipper's remarks: Not enough people talk about how to gently return to the world after meditating. This insightful guided meditation ends with some advice about that.

Clip Source: www.accesstoinsight.org

When the time comes to leave meditation, remind yourself that there's a skill to leaving. In other words, you don't just jump right out. My teacher, Ajaan Fuang, once said that when most people meditate, it's as if they're climbing a ladder up to the second story of a building: step-by-step-by-step, rung-by-rung, slowly up the ladder. But as soon as they get to the second story, they jump out the window. Don't let yourself be that way. Think of how much effort went into getting yourself centered. Don't throw it away.

Tags: guided meditation, tips, howto, stress, philosophy, coping

<clipSource>http://www.accesstoinsight.org/lib/authors/thanissaro/guided.html</clipSource>

Where your socks go when they disappear

clipped by: sylectra

Clip Source: icanhascheezburger.com

Tags: cats, lolz, photos

<clipSource>http://icanhascheezburger.com/2009/01/31/funny-pictures-iz-undr-yur-bed/</clipSource>

Google could use a little friendly competition...

clipped by: sylectra
clipper's remarks: The fact that Google is so dominant in the search engine business means that we are vulnerable when it goes down, and also that we are following one engine's paradyme without benefiting from innovation from less well-funded players.

Clip Source: blogs.zdnet.com

Google had a rough weekend and a human error caused the search giant to list the entire Web as malware for an hour or so.
