Bugzero is a Web-based bug tracking, defect tracking, issue tracking, and change management system used in a distributed team environment to track software bugs, hardware defects, test cases, or any other issues. It can also be used equally well as a helpdesk customer support, trouble ticketing, or email management system to collect and manage customer feedbacks, incidents, requests, and issues. It is easy to use, but still flexible and adaptive, and can be configured to fit to your organization's unique business process and workflow.

Changes:
This release added a new licensing scheme to allow the addition of arbitrary user licenses. Access permissions to the CC mail drop-down field and page refresh on state change are now configurable. Read-only fields that have a default value are now displayed on the new issue form. The audit trail (change log) can now be reversed between the descending and ascending order. A mailbox daemon bug related to the default setting of mail properties was fixed.

Google Catalogs Goes Offline for Retooling

In the past 24 hours or so one of Google's most useful and different tools went offline for what appears to be a retooling. The Google Catalogs site, once home to more than 6,600 scanned (see MSN Cache), full text, searchable, and browsable catalogs is not currently available. However, the Google Catalog site does say the service is being updated and will be "up and running again shortly."...
