DOS purports to confront the alleged systematic harassment and bullying of sexually confused students who consider themselves "GLBT." Naturally, where there is actual bullying, anywhere, anytime, for any reason, those responsible should be firmly disciplined. However, the reality is that DOS has very little to do with "bullying" and has everything to do with pro-homosexual, anti-Christian indoctrination.

Consider that during DOS, many kids who hold time-honored traditional values relative to sexual morality (i.e., that human sexuality is a gift from God to be shared between husband and wife within the bonds of marriage) are frequently and ironically tagged as "hateful," "bigoted," and "homophobic." (Who's doing the bullying?)

Kellum notes public school officials have to understand that if they allow some students to publicly express their viewpoint on an issue, they must allow other students to voice differing opinions on the same topic.

One day after the pro-homosexual "Day of Silence" in 2007, administrators at Neuqua Valley, Illinois, High School ordered senior Heidi Zamecnik to cover the message "Be Happy, Not Gay" on her T-shirt -- although students had been allowed to wear T-shirts with messages celebrating homosexuality the previous day.

A federal appeals court is upholding a student's right to wear a T-shirt that promotes a Christian viewpoint on the issue of homosexuality.

In the latest battle between church and state, a church's right to choose whom it employs is running headlong into the state's authority to protect workers from alleged age discrimination.

"Their legal argument is that the state really doesn't have any jurisdiction over Catholic schoolteachers who carry out the mission of the church," Johnson points out. "And that's what they're saying should apply here."

Johnson warns that there is concern over a "growing encroachment [on] church autonomy, where the government is trying to meddle in the affairs of faith communities and organized religions."

Author and investigative journalist Dr. Jerome Corsi, who attended the recent "North American Leaders Summit" in New Orleans, says public outcry over the controversial issue of continental integration has put supporters of such an idea on the defensive.

The journalist says President Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and Mexican President Felipe Calderon even avoided the term during their summit.

According to Corsi, the American people do not want the SPP to create what amounts to a North American version of the European Union. "You know this globalism initiative, which is being pushed forward in fast gear, is now meeting increasing resistance from the people of the United States," he argues. "And I think this meeting in New Orleans reflected that the three leaders are on the defensive now and [that] people are becoming more aware of their integration plans and are saying no to it."

Useful Networks, the American company behind Sniff, promised that only consumers who gave their permission could be electronically tracked by the service, which operates across all mobile carriers. Users can specify who can and can not sniff them, or whether they are open to be sniffed by anyone on the network. The company plans to charge users about 75p for each location “sniff”, with the results for mobile customers sent by return text. It will be the first Facebook application to apply premium charges to customers’ mobile bills. The heaviest users in Sweden are wireless-connected members of the social networking site, who have integrated the application into their personal profile page.

“Sniffing” works through similar technology used by the police to track down suspected terrorists or missing children via their mobile phones.

Useful Networks, owned by the American giant Liberty Media, hopes to introduce “sniffing” in Britain this month.

Islamic terrorists, Mexican drug cartels team up in plot against Ft. Huachuca

A top executive with the Minutemen Civil Defense Corps is very concerned about a recent report that terrorists being smuggled across the Mexican border were planning a massive terrorist attack on an extremely important military installation in Arizona.

According to The Washington Times, the nation's largest intelligence training center -- Fort Huachuca -- changed its security measures this past May after being warned of a planned terrorist attack involving Islamic extremists and Mexican drug cartels. The Times reports that as many as 60 Afghan and Iraqi terrorists paid Mexican drug lords $20,000 or the equivalent in weapons for assistance in illegally entering the U.S. An FBI advisor revealed that a number of the terrorists are hiding in a safe house in Texas.

Court rules majority student vote on funding can be biased

By ruling in favor of two students on the State University of New York Albany campus who filed suit, a federal appeals court has agreed that allocating mandatory funds from college student fees by referendum, or majority rule, treats some student groups unfairly.

Attorneys for Alliance Defense Fund, which served as counsel for Amidon and Barlow, say the decision also affirmed that the referendum process effectively excluded conservative, Christian, and other minority student groups from receiving funds other groups receive because it boils down to a "popularity contest."

Robotoilets could be bad though- what if you happen to be in there just doing your regular potty business? I'm sure homo sex in public must not take that long. when will the door open on you while you go to the bathroom? 2 minutes? The gay rights activists are protesting by having people send rolls of toilet paper to this guy. they say it is because he needs help "wiping his dirty mind" HUH? who is the one with the dirty mind- isn't it the one having sex IN THE PUBLIC RESTROOM?

Homosexual activists began calling for a public apology from Naugle and for his resignation after the Sun-Sentinel reported the mayor contended his city had a problem with "homosexual activity" in public restrooms that could be curbed with robotic, or automated toilets that automatically open the door after a specified time.

The Senate has rejected an amendment to the so-called "comprehensive immigration reform" bill that would have denied legal status to illegal alien felons who ignored deportation orders or returned to the U.S. after being deported.

Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas) says proponents of the supposed "grand compromise" on immigration failed to take an opportunity to restore public confidence that the Senate is "serious about passing an immigration law that could actually work." The Senate narrowly defeated an amendment sponsored by Cornyn that would have barred terrorists, violent gang members, sex offenders, alien smugglers who use firearms, and repeat drunk drivers from being awarded any immigration benefits. The Senate also rejected an amendment requiring a photo ID to vote in order to combat voter fraud.
