Gina maintains a 3.9 overall GPA and did very well on the first few philosophy class assignments, her grades in the philosophy course dropped significantly after the question of God’s existence and attributes became the focus of class discussion. Gina read the assigned materials and participated in class discussions, presenting traditional philosophical arguments on whether God exists and whether He possesses certain characteristics such as being all-knowing or all-good. However, Gina was unwilling to state that she would reconsider her personal religious beliefs on God’s nature and existence, and her grades suffered as a result.

Gina was posed with the difficult choice of either violating her religious beliefs by publicly declaring, “I am Gina. I am not free because I am determined” or being penalized by failing to receive extra points like her classmates.

Gina chose to adhere to her faith because she could not, in good conscience, make that statement.

DOS purports to confront the alleged systematic harassment and bullying of sexually confused students who consider themselves "GLBT." Naturally, where there is actual bullying, anywhere, anytime, for any reason, those responsible should be firmly disciplined. However, the reality is that DOS has very little to do with "bullying" and has everything to do with pro-homosexual, anti-Christian indoctrination.

Consider that during DOS, many kids who hold time-honored traditional values relative to sexual morality (i.e., that human sexuality is a gift from God to be shared between husband and wife within the bonds of marriage) are frequently and ironically tagged as "hateful," "bigoted," and "homophobic." (Who's doing the bullying?)

something extraordinary happened on the way to the brainwashing. Kids at schools all over the country stood tall and said, "Enough is enough!" Untold thousands of students participated in a peaceful, pro-family counter effort called the "Day of Silence Walkout."

Peterson is founder and president of the Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny (BOND), a Los Angeles-based religious group that focuses on helping men fulfill their family responsibilities. Since 2003, his organization has led a boycott against the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), which recently wrapped up its annual convention in Detroit. He says it is apparent that the liberal-leaning organization is not the influence it once was.

And the NAACP, says BOND's leader, has sold out the black community with its recent support of the Senate bill that would have given amnesty to millions of illegal aliens. Had the bill become law, "it would have taken jobs and education, healthcare away from black Americans," says Peterson -- "[but] the NAACP doesn't care about that. That's why they're not working on the other issues in the black community, like crime and out-of-wedlock birth and abortion and issues that are destroying our community."

The idea is a simple one. Create a boatload of free micro-websites, each individually administrated by a local church. The sites operate like a "Craig's List" for good deeds (we have to say "deeds" these days because "works" carries negative connotations in some circles, despite Matthew 5:16). Then people can post their needs on the site, and church members can find needs that match their skills. The children interpreted the instruction ‘brush your teeth and rinse and rinse your brush under the tap’ as meaning two, not three, instructions; first ‘brush your teeth’, next ‘and rinse and rinse your brush under the tap’.
