Once every 100 years will we have someone that tells us what we need and how to get our country back and fight for every word and fight to regain our Constitution, and regain our country.

clipper's remarks: I do not agree with the first 40 minutes however, everything after that is based on true facts and I do agree with.
I encourage everyone to watch the two-hour movie, and come to your own conclusions. Having an understanding of true facts for most people is a problem. They would rather turn their backs on the Constitution then to know what is at stake with this nation, and the world.
The first 40 minutes in and was written by an atheist, and I do not agree with the rhetoric.
The rest of the movie is based on true facts and if you can handle the truth then pay attention as the truth will be reviled.

Today Congressman Robert Wexler (D-FL), a senior member of the House Judiciary Committee, released the following statement in reaction to a statement by Senator John McCain that as President he would continue the Bush Administration’s warrantless wiretapping program:

“I am appalled by Senator John McCain’s reaffirmation of support for the use of warrantless wiretapping on American citizens. Senator McCain has once again chosen to align himself with President George Bush, whose reprehensible spying program on Americans is a grave threat to our Constitution's guarantees of privacy and limited executive power. It is clear that Senator McCain, President Bush, and their Republican allies in Congress will continue to use scare tactics and fear mongering to claim that a president can simply chose to ignore America’s laws. These tactics represent a desperate attempt to distract Americans from the costly war in Iraq, the economy, and their countless other policy failures. “

Florida's Wexler Calls For Cheney's Impeachment

Simon Rose of a group called Democracy for America Miami-Dade said, "There's nothing radical about what we're doing here. Impeachment is in the Constitution."

Wexler, a veteran member of the House Judiciary Committee, hopes to deliver the signatures to the committee in January when Congress returns to Washington.

His 19th congressional district, which is heavily Democratic, stretches along the South Florida coast and includes parts of Palm Beach and Broward counties.

Rep. Robert Wexler, Boca Raton Democrat, has launched a website, Wexlerwantshearings.com, calling for impeachment hearings against Vice President Dick Cheney.

On his website, Rep. Wexler claims that Cheney manipulated intelligence to boost the case for war against Iraq and was involved in revealing the identity of CIA agent Valerie Plame.

Within two days of posting, Wexler claims he obtained over 50,000 signatures and is aiming for 250,000.

Wexler acknowledged it's a ''huge uphill battle,'' because House leadership has not been interested.

Kucinich says he will force House vote on Cheney impeachment

Once introduced, the resolution has to be brought to the floor within two legislative days, although the House could act on it immediately. Kucinich is expected to bring it to the House floor on Tuesday, November 6.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (November 2, 2007) — Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) announced today that he will be offering a privileged resolution on the House floor next week that will bring articles of impeachment against the Vice President, Richard B. Cheney.

“The momentum is building for impeachment,” Kucinich said. “Millions of citizens across the nation are demanding Congress rein in the Vice President’s abuse of power.

Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Congress should ``proceed very cautiously'' before immunizing telephone companies from lawsuits claiming they illegally helped the government listen to Americans' phone calls after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

Companies that cooperated with President George W. Bush's terrorist surveillance program should defend against the lawsuits in court, Pelosi, a California Democrat, told reporters today in Washington. New surveillance legislation on its way to the House floor doesn't contain a retroactive immunity provision demanded by Bush.

``These are not individual citizens,'' Pelosi said. ``These are major telecom companies with a phalanx of lawyers who understand the Constitution and the law. If they have exposure, the courtroom is the place to go.''
