It is best that one should equipped themselves regarding this disease. Consult your health care provider. Early detected on these disease can save lives.

Clip Source: www.scnow.com

And that concern leads to a phenomenon that has been observed in the United States for a few years now: an increase in the number of voluntary bilateral mastectomies, a procedure in which the patient elects to have both breasts removed to eliminate future risk and provide peace of mind. Sometimes these patients have a strong family history of breast cancer. Sometimes the cancer is confined to one breast. Sometimes the patient has undergone breast cancer treatment successfully. Sometimes it’s a combination of factors. For example, Applegate announced in an Associated Press article Tuesday that she had a bilateral mastectomy though both her breasts were cancer-free after treatments. Discovering she had a genetic predisposition for breast and ovarian cancer played a major role in her decision, she said.

Having it checked a few times a year in a doctor's office or at the drugstore is not enough to keep tabs on it, and regular home monitoring is more accurate, so it is best to monitor and keep track on your blood pressure.

Clip Source: news.yahoo.com

people that hate vegetables. Their plate only contains protein and
carbohydrates. They don’t realize they are headed toward diseases that kill.
Most likely their parents forced them to eat vegetables when they were young.
What I did was not force my kids to eat vegetables, but would put small amounts
of vegetables on their meal plate and gradually they started to taste these
them. They would see me and my wife eating them and we would encourage them to
eat them when they were ready.

Tags: vegetables, organic mineral

<clipSource>http://www.betternaturalremedies.com/articles/Vegetables-that-Prevent-Cancer-and-Other-Deadly-Diseases.html</clipSource>

Nap Time

clipped by: naturally
clipper's remarks: According to the recent survey, taking a nap is like a yoga, an exercise which is good for the brain. It is best to take even a short minute of nap just to relax the brain

Clip Source: www.washingtonpost.com

In southern Europe, naps were woven into the fabric of life. Offices and stores would shut down for two or three hours so that employees could go home, lunch with their family and doze through the hottest part of the day. But Spain, where the siesta is deeply ingrained, has been adjusting to changed circumstances. Especially in big cities, most Spanish workers don't head home at midday anymore (they live too far from the office for this to be practical) or use the time out for sleeping, and the siesta has become a pointless interruption that prolongs the workday until as late as 7:30 p.m. In 2005, the Spanish government canceled the siesta for its employees, although it offered them flex time for easing into the new regimen.

There are certain effects that took place the surgery. It is best to seek to think about it a lot of times. Besides there is always a second option.

Clip Source: news.yahoo.com

_Lasers aside, a hard plastic lens can be implanted through a small incision in the eye, in front of the natural lens. These "phakic intraocular lenses" are for severe nearsightedness, too bad for Lasik and PRK. They refocus light entering the eye for improved distance vision. Because the natural lens stays in place, patients seem to retain close-up vision, too.
