You need to see this video about the rapidly emerging dangers from cell phone radiation.

Here Dr. Charlie Tia, a preeminent Australian neurosurgeon discusses what he believes is a contributing factor to this exponential increase in brain tumors among children: excessive exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF), and electromagnetic radiation (EMR) from mobile phones and other electrical and electronic equipment and appliances.

Today they will receive over 36 injections. The American Academy of Pediatrics and the Center for Disease Control assured parents that it was safe to not only give these vaccines, but that they could be given at one time with complete safety.

Is this true? Such women may also tend to give birth to more intelligent children. One possible reason is the greater percentage of omega 3 fats found on the hips.

The study examined 16,000 women and girls, and found that women with a greater difference between the waist and hips scored significantly higher on cognitive tests, as did their children. Fat around the waist may have higher levels of omega 6 fats acids, which are less well suited to brain growth. Waist fat is also more likely to be a contributory factor in diabetes and heart

Tags: fat, hips, brain, women, children, omega 3 fats

<clipSource>http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2008/1/24/is-fat-on-your-hips-better-for-your-brain-than-fat-on-your-belly.aspx</clipSource>

The Secret To Raising Smart Kids

clipped by: murieleileen

Clip Source: articles.mercola.com

More than three decades of scientific research suggests that repeatedly telling children that they are especially smart or talented leaves them vulnerable to failure, and fearful of challenges.

Children raised this way develop an implicit belief that intelligence is innate and fixed, making striving to learn seem less important than seeming smart; challenges, mistakes, and effort become threats to their ego rather than opportunities to improve.

However, teaching children to have a “growth mind-set,” which encourages effort rather than on intelligence or talent, helps make them into high achievers in school and in life. We had thought that children medicated longer would have better outcomes. That didn't happen to be the case. There's no indication that medication is better than nothing in the long run."

Pelham said that medication had "no beneficial effects" and that

Tags: adhd, ritalin, drugs, children

<clipSource>http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2007/12/01/drugs-are-not-the-answer-for-adhd.aspx</clipSource>

How Cell Phones May Cause Autism

clipped by: murieleileen
clipper's remarks: Rates of autism has risen so much, we must become aware of what is causing it and put a stop to it.

Clip Source: articles.mercola.com

Her boy Deonté Mccardell, the teachers said, had an attitude problem. He was too cool, too hard, wouldn't do what they told him. He swaggered like a gangsta

Last spring Powell's cousin brought her a brochure for KIPP Polaris Academy, a new middle school recruiting minority boys. The charter school wanted kids like Deonté, kids who'd been in trouble at other schools, kids with lousy grades and test scores — kids the school could "turn" and orient toward college. The principal, Shawn Hardnett, chose a Frederick Douglass quote as the school motto: "It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men."

Cheryl Powell, at work, braces herself for a call from Deonté's school, then hears that her boy has won an award, that he's done something great.

                        BERLIN (Reuters) -
A convicted pedophile sentenced to do
community service in a German kindergarten will return to court
next week to face charges of abusing two children there, a
regional prosecutor's office said Thursday.

Osnabrueck, because a court worker missed three prior
pedophilia convictions on his record, said Alexander Retemeyer,
spokesman for the Osnabrueck prosecutor's office.

The man, identified only as A.B., had been sentenced to 720
hours of community service earlier this year for working on the
sly while collecting welfare payments.

"The colleague didn't pay attention and didn't see he had a

Fluoride's ability to damage the brain represents one of the
most active areas of research on fluoride toxicity today.

2) The research on fluoride and the brain has been fueled by
recent human studies from China finding
elevated levels of fluoride exposure to be associated with reduced

and other known factors that might impact the results (Xiang

reported that in areas of China with endemic iodine deficiency,
