These are the stunning images shot for an underwater film created using revolutionary technology.

The film took four years to shoot and costing a staggering £45 million to produce.

But it's easy to see why: 500 hours of unedited film were shot using remote-controlled mini helicopters, divers, hydrodynamic cameras dragged behind boats and top speeds, and carefully tied poles.

At 5 a.m. on the day before Thanksgiving, Lucy Crutchfield placed a frantic call to her daughter to tell her that she would send money for groceries, but that she would probably have to miss a mortgage payment on her house to do so. Instead of calling her daughter, though, she accidentally dialed the number of Virginia Saenz, a real estate agent based outside of San Diego. Crutchfield's desperation touched Saenz, so the agent called her back, told her not to worry, and offered to pay the grocery bill herself.

So she decided to go ahead and buy a full Thanksgiving dinner for Crutchfield's daughter, and enough groceries to get them by until her next pay day. Considering the woman's desperate personal situation

this kind of good fortune could not have come at a better time. And although Saenz admitted that the event "made the day special" for her, she humbly maintained that she was simply doing "what anybody would've done."

One group of nurses banded together to try to get a physician unfairly disciplined, while another encouraged fellow nurses to disobey doctors' orders outright. A surgeon told his staff that monkeys could be trained to do what scrub nurses do, while another doctor told a patient that the nurse in the room didn't know what she was doing.

A nurse witnessed the onset of complications in an intensive care patient but refused to contact the on-call physician for fear of his temper -- a delay at least one observer thought contributed to the patient's death.

These are some of the disruptive behaviors that persist among physicians and nurses at hospitals, group practices and other health care facilities, according to anonymous responses to a national survey of 13,000 physician and nurse executives conducted by the American College of Physician Executives.

The survey comes almost one year after the Joint Commission began requiring health care facilities to implement zero-tolerance policies

SAN ANTONIO – A military judge in Texas has found a former Air Force nurse accused of killing three terminally ill patients not guilty of murder.

Speaking after the ruling, Fontana said he never regretted the treatment he gave and that he hopes he can return to nursing.

Fontana has been in the Air Force since 2006 and served a tour in Iraq in 2007. He worked as an intensive care nurse at Wilford Hall, which primarily serves military personnel and retirees but provides emergency and trauma care to some civilians.

During closing arguments Saturday at Lackland Air Force Base, Capt. Brett Landry said Fontana encouraged other nurses at Wilford Hall Medical Center to be more "aggressive" when treating patients placed on do-not-resuccitate orders. He accused the nurse of euthanizing one man because "he wasn't dying quickly enough."

Attorneys for Fontana said the dosages fell within Air Force guidelines, and that Wilford Hall doctors gave only vague orders.

Because they are alive and still growing, the bridges actually gain strength over time – and some of the ancient root bridges used daily by the people of the villages around Cherrapunji may be well over five hundred years old.
