A man has been arrested under terror laws after reports someone was seen "acting suspiciously" near to a naval base in Hampshire.

Police were alerted at 1415 BST and held the man near to the Whale Island naval establishment in Portsmouth.

The 38-year-old, from South West England, is currently being questioned in police custody.

Police said the investigation was in an early stage but did not believe there was any risk to public safety.

A Ministry of Defence (MoD) spokesman said as the man was not on MoD property the matter was being dealt with police.

Whale Island is home to the shore training establishment HMS Excellent, which prepares personnel for life at sea.

well Of COURSE the site is for profit...I mean It HAS to pay for itself dont it ...am I just supposed to put up a site and pay for it out of my pocket ? I sell advertising on It TO SUPPORT THE SITE !!..good lord ..Like it said in The letter I wrote ..alex videos are all over you tube and guess what THEY SELL ADVERTISING and I can guarantee ya they dont Give alex a CUT!!

I see everything that they are posting and I Really see that therir are some BACKSTABBERS over there man ..WOW just blows my mind !

Proxy servers are GREAT ..LOL So yeah I see every post thats going on ..LOL
