1. Ninjas and Pirates have to at least break a sweat to disarm each other. A Jedi Knight just has to think it and you're screwed.

10. A ninja may try to sneak up on a Jedi, but a Jedi Knight can sense danger through the Force. A Ninja doesn't have a chance of using stealth.

14. If a Jedi loses a limb, they get a robotic replacement. Pirates just get a wooden stump that somebody ripped off from a rocking chair. The last ninja who lost a limb is still stuck in the tree he was hiding in because he can't climb down.

5. Dress someone in a pirate or ninja suit and they look like they're in costume. Hand someone a lightsaber, and a cloak, and they look bad-ass.

13. How many ninjas and pirates do you know of that achieve immortality in the form of ghostly spirits? That's right, not only can Yoda kick your sorry ass, he can also haunt your sorry ass for the rest of your life.

Crying Husband

A woman woke in the middle of the night to find her husband missing from their bed. In the stillness of the house, she could hear a muffled sound downstairs.

She went downstairs and looked around, still not finding her husband. Listening again, she could definitely hear moaning. She went down to the basement to find her husband, crouched in the corner facing the wall, sobbing.

"What's wrong with you?" she asked him.

"Remember when your father caught us together when you were 16?" he replied. "And remember, he said, I had two choices - I could either marry you, or spend the next 20 years in prison."

Baffled, she said, "Yes, I remember. So?"

"I would have gotten out today."

Akhirnya saya temukan juga berita tentang malam finalnya, plus foto. Rupanya itu acara digelar malam ini juga (Selasa, 9 Okt 2007). Jadi, masih segarr nih...
Sistematika lomba (garis besarnya saja) dimulai dari jalan atau "show" di panggung (kira-kira ala peragaan busana begitu) lalu dilanjutkan memilih amplop berisi pertanyaan.
Kategori pemenang ada 5, baca aja sendiri yaa...
Kata beritanya, malam ini belum ada keputusan siapa pemenang masing-masing kategori tersebut. Yah, barangkali besok baru muncul di koran...

Ada Yang Pede, Ada Yang Grogi

SURABAYA - Grand Final Miss Jilbab 2007 digelar di Atrium Royal Plaza tadi malam. Sebanyak 20 finalis tampil percaya diri untuk menjadi yang terbaik dalam kontes yang diselenggarakan JTV ini.

Sebelum memasuki sesi tanya jawab, seluruh peserta diminta berparade di atas panggung. Mereka unjuk gaya di depan dewan juri dan pengunjung yang memadati atrium pusat perbelanjaan di Jalan A. Yani itu.

Hingga berita ini ditulis, belum diketahui pemenangnya. Yang jelas, panitia memilih pemenang dengan kategori, Miss Jilbab Favorit (pilihan pemirsa JTV), The Best Personality, The Best Performance, dan The Best Photogenic. Dan tentu saja yang paling bergengsi adalah gelar Miss Jilbab 2007, yang disusul dengan runner-up 1-2, serta harapan 1-3.

Dewan juri terdiri atas Vissia Anandita (branch manager Ovale), Surya Aka (JTV), dan Alphiana Chandrajani (wakil ketua Appmi).(wek/nar)
