It's very simple. You don't change your engine or computer. A quart-size (95O cc) container is placed somewhere under the hood. You fill it with DISTILLED WATER and a little bit of BAKING SODA. Police say map on MP3 player inadequate for climber

West Coast Search and Rescue's Constable Sean Judd said Mr Rameriez had ventured up the glacier on Friday but was forced off onto an unstable section of rock after he lost his ice axe.

Mr Judd said Mr Ramiriez's lack of knowledge of the area and an "inadequate" map he was using on his MP3 player did not help the situation.

"These devices, including digital cameras do not replace the need for a good quality topographical map.

"This is the second time this year that photographs of maps have been used to navigate and have both times proved to be inadequate ," Mr Judd said.

He said Mr Rameriez did have some good equipment such as a radio and a cell phone, but as he descended he had entered an area with no coverage.

He was rescued on Sunday by a search and rescue helicopter.

Mr Judd said he had a few minor falls, but other than being tired, was okay.

Organisers of Australia's fashion week had planned to make 14-year-old Polish model Monika Jagaciak the star of its annual fashion shows from April 28 to May 2.

But editors from Vogue magazine and Marie Claire threatened to pull coverage of the fashion events and called for organisers to follow guidelines in place in London and Paris, which place restrictions on models under 16 years old.

"What does that mean? They are going to be washed up and on the scrap heap, which actually does happen, as soon as they start to develop breast and hips. It is ridiculous."

NAPLES - Ballot stuffing took on a new meaning in Italy's parliamentary election yesterday when a man ate his ballot paper in protest at the country's politicians.

Police in Naples said they had charged the 41-year-old businessman with destroying election materials. He said all Italian politicians and politics "are crap" and that he was protesting "against the system".
