Then I would take as much fish oil as you can, add a Vitamin B Complex, take extra C, take Magnesium, and make sure you exercise and eat lots of good protein while you are pregnant.

BTW, this is what I am doing now instead of my ssri. I weaned off in March and have been supplementing a lot since then. I am nursing still so I can't do 5HTP.

Start iTunes and find the song you want to convert. (It must be an MP3.)
2. Right-click the song and choose Get Info.
3. Click the Options tab.
4. Check the Start Time and Stop Time boxes, then enter times for each (no more than 30 seconds apart, the maximum length for a ringtone). I used 0:00 and 0:30, respectively, as “Spit It Out” has a perfect ascending lead-in.
5. Click OK, then right-click the song again and choose Create AAC Version. You should immediately see a new 30-second version of the song.
6. Drag that version out of iTunes and into the folder of your choice.
7. Delete the 30-second version from iTunes and undo the Start Time/Stop Time changes to the original.
8. Open the folder containing the 30-second AAC file you dragged out of iTunes, then change the file extension from .m4a to .m4r. Double-click it and it immediately gets added to iTunes’ ringtone library.
9. Finally, sync your iPhone. When it’s done, you can head into the settings and select your new ringtone.

<clipSource>http://www.fluther.com/disc/31297/can-you-put-midi-or-non-itunes-mp3s-as-ringtones-on-the/#quip352979</clipSource>

Supplements for fatigue

clipped by: hkutzmer

Clip Source: www.drweil.com

Magnesium and calcium. Mix one teaspoon each of wheat germ oil and castor oil in one cup of sunflower oil and rub this lotion on the affected areas. Add 2 drops of calendula oil and one drop of oregano oil to one small cup of olive oil. Apply on the affected area. You can also fix chamomile tea, cool it and use as a hair rinse. Neem oil, eucalyptus oil and lavender are good natural products for healing the disease. Neem oil will help to stop the itching and the lavender acts as a soothing agent and stimulates hair growth. It also has anti itch properties.

Or you can just massage the tamanu oil into the scalp drop by drop. You may also add the oil to your shampoo or conditioner.

not more than four inches deep in non-plastic containers, such as seed flats, clay pots

Max-EPA fish oil supplement has been used in studies and has shown mild to moderate improvement in people's psoriasis.
