Claim: Photograph shows a boat with eight outboard motors manufactured for drug-running.

How about a 2,000 HP, Outboard Inflatable !!!!

This thing belts across the English channel 3 times per week and was just a blur on the radar of the British coast guard.

They were so blown away by the speed of the thing that they brought in a specialized chopper to catch it

How does the President reconcile an eco-friendly abode for his own family with his persistent stand against anything that smacks of an environmentally friendly agenda for the nation as a whole? The answer to that perplexing question is a real mystery.

In a USA Today interview, Heymann said, "There's a great grove of oak trees to the west that protects it from the late afternoon sun. Then there is a view out to the north looking at hills, and to the east out over a lake, and the view to the south . . . out to beautiful hills."

I suppose in George W.'s architectural world only the rich and powerful have views; vistas that the public owns as part of its shared heritage are up for lease and sale.

A former border patrol agent David Sipe was aquitted on January 26 of using excessive force and causing bodily injury to Mexican national Jose Guevara.He was originally convicted and fired in 2001 for the incident that occured in 2000.

A NY Times Surprise: Tougher Border Security Actually Works

The New York Times surprised on Wednesday with a front-page article by James McKinley Jr. suggesting that tougher border security in the form of new barriers and more guards was actually reducing illegal immigration along the Mexican border ("Tougher Tactics Deter Migrants At U.S. Border").

"The only available barometer of the decline is how many migrants are caught. In the last four months, the number has dropped 27 percent compared with the same period last year, the biggest drop since a crackdown immediately after 9/11. In two sections around Yuma and near Del Rio, Tex., the numbers have fallen by nearly two-thirds, Homeland Security officials say."

"Border Patrol commanders say they see no explanation for the drop-off across the entire 2,000-mile border other than stiffer enforcement deterring migrants. The slackening flow, they argue, belies the conventional wisdom that it is impossible to stem illegal migration. Many veteran officers in the force are now beginning to believe it can be controlled with enough resources.

"The federal government has also begun punishing migrants with prison time from the first time they enter illegally in some areas. For instance, along the 210 miles of border covered by the Del Rio office of the Border Patrol, everyone caught crossing illegally is charged in federal court and, if convicted, sentenced to at least two weeks in prison.

A cancer killing America

Leading Latino groups actively promote the right to immigrate to America and even “reconquista” of lands lost to the U.S.--and President Bush is fueling the fires. This excerpt from Grassfire's booklet, "The Truth About The Illegal Invasion," exposes the Latino reconquista agenda.

The open borders agenda extends to south of our border as well. The movement is called “reconquista,” the belief that much of the west and southwest United States — a mythical nation called “Aztlan” (pronounced Ahz-LAHN) — rightfully belongs to Mexico.

This is not a fringe movement. Groups like MEChA and The Council of La Raza, or “the Race” (one of the most respected Latino groups in the nation) supports reconquista and the Aztlan movement. These groups led the protests in the Spring of 2006 that saw hundreds of thousands of illegals march in our streets demanding citizenship. The slogan of this movement? “Por La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada,” which means, “For the race everything. Outside the race nothing.”

This is racial politics at its worst, and our tax dollars are funding it to the tune of millions of dollars. For example, according to Congressman Charlie Norwood (R-GA), La Raza received over $15 million in federal grants, much of that directed to funding “charter” public schools that teach the reconquista message. Coincidentally, one of Grassfire.org's “Stop The Invasion” billboards was located just a few hundred yards from one such school funded by La Raza, the Aztlan Academy in Tucson, Arizona. By the way, our Attorney General is also a member of the Council of La Raza.

American Indian Family Speaks Out Against Illegal Aliens - Part 1

My family and I watched Lou Dobbs’ town hall meeting in San Antonio, Texas. As American Indians, We were outraged by the illegal alien spokespeople trying to highjack the Red Race.

We, as a nation, can no longer afford to sit back and let illegal aliens take our country, our way of life, our future or our children’s future. All American Citizens and legal immigrants who love America need to join forces and fight this terrorist invasion.

PBS and NPR should not be given OUR taxes for Funding

Background:
Every other non-profit broadcaster (which is what PBS and NPR are) has to raise their own funds, not go to the government to get hundreds of millions of dollars to operate. Congress is being persuaded to allow PBS and NPR to be funded by our taxes. PBS has other funding already available to them at and the same holds true for NPR.

We need to counter what MoveOn.org has done. They have gathered more than 370,000 names on their petition to send to Congress demanding that PBS and NPR be funded permanently with your tax dollars.
