I don't really understand what a Web site is," he told a London court during the trial of three men charged under anti-terrorism laws.</div></div><hr size="2" color="#666666" /><div style="padding: 10px;"><div style="text-align:left;">Prosecutor Mark Ellison briefly set aside his questioning to explain the terms "Web site" and "forum."
