Hamas understands American politics, Obama speaks their language.

Clip Source: www.powerlineblog.com

On Sunday, Aaron Klein and John Batchelor interviewed Ahmed Yousef, chief political adviser to the Prime Minister of Hamas, on WABC radio. The interview produced a scoop which, for some reason, has not been widely publicized: Hamas has endorsed Barack Obama for President. Yousef said, "We like Mr. Obama and we hope he will win the election." Why? "He has a vision to change America." Maybe Yousef has some insight into what Obama means by all these vague references to "change."

Tags: hamas, obama, ahmed yousef

<clipSource>http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives2/2008/04/020315.php</clipSource>

Radical Muslims for Obama

clipped by: caoilfhionn
clipper's remarks: It's worth reading the whole piece; we see a connection to HAMAS (which keeps coming up), a link to Aswat Al-Islam, which features the works of such Islamist luminaries as: “Uninidicted Co-conspirators” of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, Siraj Wahhaj and Bilal Philips; anti-Christian bigot, Ahmed Deedat; pro-wife beating author, Jamal Badawi; suicide bombing supporter, Yusuf Al-Qaradawi; and the chief cleric of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, who has called for the murders of Jews, Christians and Americans and has described Jews as “the scum of the human race, the rats of the world, the killers of prophets, and the grandsons of monkeys and pigs,” Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais. The connections to radical Islam are seemingly endless, on this; just in this article alone there is a lot.

Clip Source: frontpagemag.com

Barack Obama’s campaign website has been hailed as a testament to the candidate’s transformative politics. But at least part of the senator’s online outreach, “Muslim Americans for Obama ’08,” proposes installing Muslim prayer areas in public places and giving Muslims time off for prayer and has denounced Obama’s colleagues in the U.S. Senate who happen to be Jewish. This segment of Obama's online outreach also has ties to unindicted co-conspirators in terror trials and has recruited Obama supporters from among the ranks of fundamentalist Muslim extremists.

Tags: abdul rahman al-sudais, obama, muslim americans for obama '08

<clipSource>http://frontpagemag.com/Articles/Read.aspx?GUID=36308A44-DF3D-46AD-829A-4F63BA0C52F1</clipSource>

Obama, Ayers, Woods Fund, AAAN

clipped by: caoilfhionn
clipper's remarks: There's too much here - combined together is William Ayers, a domestic terrorist who didn't believe he didn't go far enough, and Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi a founder of AAAN, who also held a fundraiser for Obama. Khalidi is a harsh critic of Israel, has made statements supportive of Palestinian terror and reportedly has worked on behalf of the Palestine Liberation Organization while it was involved in anti-Western terrorism and was labeled by the State Department as a terror group. Where does Obama's association with terrorism end?

Clip Source: www.wnd.com

Obama served on the Wood's Fund board alongside William C. The atmospheric concentration of CO2 in 1995 was 360 parts per million. In 2005 it was just 5% higher, at 378 ppm. But each additional molecule of CO2 in the air causes a smaller radiant-energy increase than its predecessor. So the true increase in radiative forcing was 1%, not 20%. The high priests have exaggerated the CO2 effect 20-fold.

“So how are you so nauseatingly certain that you’re right?” he asked. “Well,” I said, “because I worked out that the proportionate increase in CO2 between 1995 and 2005 was 5%, not 20%, and then did a simple calculation from this to work out the radiative forcing. It’s called ‘checking’.” He looked baffled. Voodoo has indeed replaced science, and the paradox is that the new religion claims to worship science.

<clipSource>http://nzclimatescience.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=178&Itemid=1</clipSource>

Not so hot!

clipped by: caoilfhionn
clipper's remarks: At least some of us have known that the IPCC models are based on exaggeration and manipulation, but what's interesting, as the article points out, is it only became a news story after bloggers picked it up.

Clip Source: online.wsj.com

The latest twist in the global warming saga is the revision in data at NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies, indicating that the warmest year on record for the U.S. was not 1998, but rather 1934 (by 0.02 of a degree Celsius).

Canadian and amateur climate researcher Stephen McIntyre discovered that NASA made a technical error in standardizing the weather air temperature data post-2000. These temperature mistakes were only for the U.S.; their net effect was to lower the average temperature reading from 2000-2006 by 0.15C.

The new data undermine another frightful talking point from environmentalists, which is that six of the 10 hottest years on record have occurred since 1990. Wrong. NASA now says six of the 10 warmest years were in the 1930s and 1940s, and that was before the bulk of industrial CO2 emissions were released into the atmosphere.

Tags: global warming, fiction, science or fraud, science, fradulent, models, ipcc, church of global warming

<clipSource>http://online.wsj.com/article_email/SB118835472067611877-lMyQjAxMDE3ODI4OTMyNTk0Wj.html</clipSource>

Ann Coulter on Huckabee

clipped by: Jo5329
clipper's remarks: Liberals Love 'em ... In the case of interracial murder for 2004, where the race of victim and perpetrator is known, more than twice as many whites were murdered by a black than cases of a white murdering a black. The failure of civil rights leaders, people like Jackson and Sharpton, as well as politicians to vocally condemn black-on-white crime -- and the relative silence of the news media in reporting it -- is not simply a matter of double standards. It's dangerous, for it contributes to a pile of racial kindling awaiting a racial arsonist to set it ablaze. I can't think of better recruitment gifts for America's racists, either white or black.

Tags: race, discrimination, reverse discrimination, civil rights, victims, murder, sodomy, trash can

<clipSource>http://www.townhall.com/columnists/WalterEWilliams/2007/12/26/hiding_black_interracial_crimes</clipSource>

Halleluiah!... But it’s still hiding an even worse distortion:

At the very heart of the IPCC’s calculations lurks an error more serious than any of these. The IPCC says: “The CO2 radiative forcing increased by 20 percent during the last 10 years (1995-2005).” Radiative forcing quantifies increases in radiant energy in the atmosphere, and hence in temperature. The atmospheric concentration of CO2 in 1995 was 360 parts per million. In 2005 it was just 5percent higher, at 378 ppm. But each additional molecule of CO2 in the air causes a smaller radiant-energy increase than its predecessor. So the true increase in radiative forcing was 1 percent, not 20 percent. The IPCC has exaggerated the CO2 effect 20-fold.

Tags: ipcc calculations, snake oil, co2, forcing models, predetermined conclusions

<clipSource>http://blogs.news.com.au/heraldsun/andrewbolt/index.php/heraldsun/comments/ipcc_claims_drown_in_the_seas/</clipSource>
