Attorney General of PA has filed a lawsuit saying that the republicans are waiting to launch this same attack after his nomination, i.e. a justifiable legal objection he claims disqualifying Obama for President per the Constitution and the laws that applied at the time of his birth and early life.

Berg argues that Barack Obama was born in Kenya in 1961 to an American woman, Stanley Ann Dunham, and a Kenyan man, Barack Hussein Obama Senior, as reportedly shown by a birth certificate from Mombasa Maternity Hospital. Obama's mother was only 18.

No hospital birth certificate has been produced to show Obama was born in Hawaii, only a certificate of birth registry after the fact, which forensics experts have denounced as a forgery.
McCain's citizenship has also been questioned in the past making this an issu

Clip Source: disc.yourwebapps.com

BOMBSHELL: Barack Obama Is Not a US Citizen, Not Eligible to be US President.

Birth Certificate Found in Kenya. formed a vigilance committee in Boston to fight those seeking to
capture fugitive slaves. Parker wrote at the time of the Harper's

to kill everyone who seeks to prevent his enjoyment of liberty."
